Review: Broke within seconds of inserting it. Had no flexibility to scoop of excess hair that had been sucked up. Scratch the inside of the machine which will only create more buildup and be harder for future cleaning

Review: Bought a Bissel carpet shampooer from Costco that either did not come with this cleaning tool or I missed it in the original packaging and accidentally threw it away. When cleaning my carpets, the unit would frequently get gunked up with cat hair and other debris. This tool is exactly what I needed to get up into the unit and pull gunk out. From the manufacturer’s photos, this appears to be the exact unit the original machine was supposed to come with. Fits and works as expected.
