Title: Reliable cctv
Review: This reolink PT camera with solar panel has been operating for 3 weeks now. Motion detection is v good, with no false alerts. The PT function works well, there is sometimes a few seconds lag before the image shifts. Obviously you would want to leave it pointing towards the main area of interest, and move it to scan the other areas if required. Night vision is acceptable, it may be helped with extra lighting, but works ok on the built in IR LEDs. Wi Fi signal is important, I needed a range extender to give a reliable connection. The solar panel fully charges and maintains the battery.In summary then, this Reolink PT cam is easy to install, does not false alert, and produces good images. If you wanted to add a cost effective reliable cam for extra security this works very well.

Title: Excellent Camera – Very Easy to Install
Review: I bought this outdoor pan/tilt battery wi-fi camera with solar panel to avoid having to run a cable for the power. I already have two Reolink E1-Pro indoor pan/tilt cameras, so I had high expectations of this camera. It was easy to install and setup using the Reolink App and provides a reasonable 1080 quality video under day and night conditions. The battery life is good and can go for a long time without a solar charge from the panel, when the weather is bad. The IR lights for night vision only come on when the camera detects motion, so that improves battery life considerably. Overall it’s a very good camera at this price.

Title: A good camera to have
Review: I bought this camera as I was having a few issues with some neighbours it’s very easy to install although the bracket is quite thin considering the size of the camera. Onscreen screen you have a little cursor that you can move the camera around or you can do it manually. I got the solar panel which actually charges from sun but of course in bad weather that doesn’t really help, it doesn’t charge that well so every now and again have to bring the camera and charge it via an ordinary plug which is not a major issue. it’s got very poor night vision its virtually dark . It doesn’t work at all in night vision but that’s ok because my problems during the day. so I persevered with it. You can record whilst watching an incident I don’t like the way it’s saved you can’t delegate where you wanted the recording to go and that’s a bit irritating really because sometimes it can be hard to find the playback. The quality is very good. You can hear everything very clear during the day. it’s got brilliant Vision. Has a mute option as well so and audio alert. a good camera to have but at night-time it’s just completely black so you can’t really see anything at all

Review: Purchased a camera for front drive was impressed by the ease of set up good quality picture and not only that I can now leave the door open as you get an alerts if someone is around the app is very good and easy to use The camera and solar panel was easy to fit to the building I liked it so much I purchased one for the rear of the house alsoIt would be great if you were able to reduce the length of the cable to the solar panel as the one at the front of the house needed the cable supplied and the one to the rear needed under a half meter had to bunch it up at the rear of the solar panel

Review: Motion detection misses lots of action. Night vision is very good. Good playback of videos. Good pan, tilt and zoom but does not track. With the solar panel is virtually maintenance free. I love this and it’s fairly priced. Still the best I know tho..

Review: 24-01-2022 – UPDATEJust packed in and refuses to connect to our router – tried factory reset no use at all – it does look like there might be some water ingress that has clouded the inside of the lens, but it can’t recognise the QR code on my phone to reconnect to the internet.Seems like a complete waste of money now and, with only 9 months life, is lucky to get even 1 star – very disappointed.I now have a blink camera with a rechargeable mount that was bought during Amazon sales – great little camera so far.21-05-2021 – UPDATEFirst impressions are that it’s a great security camera BUT … the cloud service isn’t available in the UK!!Details are on the Reolink Website: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005747553 – it’s just a shame that’s not clear on the Amazon UK listing.Sure – I have a 64Gb Class10 U3 memory card which seems to be doing OK – but that’s hardly the point – the camera appears to be hard-wired in to Reolink Cloud Service and I can’t see any way to link my Reolink PT security camera to any 3rd Party Cloud service.What a let-down for an otherwise really nice security camera.Still – my original review remains, below ….I wanted to give this review a short while to make sure that I am genuinely happy with it – don’t you just hate reviews where the buyer has literally just opened the box then opines one way or another on the quality of the product?I am really pleased overall – good quality product, simple to fix to the wall, solar charger seems to be keeping the battery fully charged, recording and playback are good, pan and tilt works well and the image quality is excellent. The wall it is mounted on is south facing, so the solar panel seems to keep the camera battery fully charged.Do I have anything to say about it that’s not positive?Well … the settings for motion detection sensitivity go from 1 to 100 – If I am honest, they might as well go from 1 to 2 … there really doesn’t seem to be much difference whatever setting I choose. There is a handy ‘ignore false alarm’ feature that reduces alarms from moving branches etc, but I have nothing on my drive that I would need that for. There’s no actual zoom feature on the camera – you can ‘zoom’ in to the picture on your viewing device, but it’s not the same as actual zoom – the picture soon becomes quite grainy.There does seem to be a lag between motion detection and recording – A couple of times when I have had an alert, on playback there’s nothing to see on the drive but there is a van parked outside and a package is delivered – if the posty is quick, I do get to see them walk back to their van.Night vision – not this camera’s strong point. The infra-red light on the actual camera isn’t very strong but can be disabled. I do have an infra-red flood light and motion-sensor security lights. When it is dark out, using just the infra-red flood light, the camera struggles with bands floating across the image and a fairly grainy, grey-scale image however, when the security light comes on, the camera springs in to life with full colour HD imaging … it’s a bit of a mixed bag.Would I buy again? Yes – I am already considering another one for the rear of the house, (north facing), but I do need to think carefully about positioning of the solar panel – I imagine that especially in winter it may not keep the camera charged.

Review: If you want to use this for Surveillance Station with your NAS…. save your money. It’s not compatible – no battery operated cameras work with it.I only realised this after hanging out an upstairs window for a couple of hours trying to install it.The app works well though, and seems to be pretty good image and controls to it.

Review: Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit wieder.Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut. SD Speicherkarte bis 128 GB ist etwas schwer hinein zu stecken. Muss man mit Gefühl machen (am besten mit Pinzette). Die kostenlose App “Reolink App” ist recht benutzerfreundlich. Man kann sogar mehrere Smartphones, Handys, Tablets mit ein und derselben Kamera verknüpfen. Vielen Dank für die gute Kamera.

Review: 💬 Premessa: Ho acquistato per la prima volta questo genere di telecamera con alimentazione solare e anticipo che sono pienamente soddisfatto della scelta…PREGIO ✨️✨️In possesso da più di un anno sono rimasto stupito per la sua autonomia ad energia solare grazie al suo pannello fotovoltaico in dotazione, non ho mai riscontrato problemi di alimentazione in quanto la batteria presenta sempre un’elevata percentuale di ricarica in grado di alimentarsi anche durante le giornate nuvolose🔎🔎Innanzitutto consiglio di posizionarla ad un altezza di circa 2,5-3 metri per ottenere una maggiore visuale ed evitare di facilitare l’intento di atti vandalici.⚙️⚙️ In breve alcune caratteristiche tecniche principali:✔️ Telecamera con pannello solare è senza fili al 100% che permette di posizionarla in qualunque posto della casa;✔️Ottima la connessione WIFI, nel mio caso la distanza di collegamento tra modem e telecamera è di circa 8 metri e non ho mai avuto problemi di segnale✔️Puoi inserire una scheda SD max 128 GB (non inclusa) per l’archiviazione locale, oppure a pagamento per archiviare video online.✔️interessante la rilevazione del movimento con ricezione delle notifiche tramite l’apposita App, sempre ricevute in maniera quasi istantanea,✔️ la qualità video non è il massimo della nitidezza ma è soddisfacente, consiglio di optare per la 4 MP soprattutto quando è in offerta. .La visione notturna è anche ottima✔️interessante e utile il movimento orizzontale a 355 gradi e il movimento verticale fino a 114 gradi 👍👍 che permette di garantire un angolo di visione della casa considerevole.✔️simpatico l’ allarme sonoro e luminoso🚨🚨 in caso di rilevazione di movimento dovrebbe scoraggiare eventuali intrusi 🤔🤔✔️ possibilità di dialogare tramite la telecamera, funzione che sembrerebbe banale ma in determinati contesti può servire✔️può essere posizionata sul soffitto oppure a pareteSemplice e intuitiva l App per l’uso e gestione della telecamera o più telecamere…..Ovviamente permette di gestire anche dispositivi diversi della stessa marca .L’installazione e il riconoscimento della telecamera è semplice e veloce, basta seguire i pochi passaggi.Per usufruire di maggiori servizi, ad esempio la registrazione nel cloud o altro bisogna pagare 💸💸✳️Sostanzialmente l’uso di questa telecamera d utile per sorvegliare l’esterno della casa o similare, inoltre offre una sensazione di maggiore sicurezza quando si è lontani da casa e vogliamo tenerla sotto controllo.Dato l’utilizzo, l’efficienza del prodotto e l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo..Consiglio 👌👌💫 Spero che questa recensione sia stata UTILE per l’eventuale scelta 💫
