Title: Not the best
Review: This vacuum has all the designs of a modern uprated unit, but is lacking quality and finesse. It comes with a wall mounting bracket, but then you have to manually plug in the charger, little disappointing there as would have thought the charger would be plugged into the wall mounting plate.On the main unit, to empty the cylinder, you have to first remove the motor unit, which contains the battery, then twist from an upper component, then remove the particle filer to then release the gunkThere is an easier way to empty, from the base, but most of the dust then sits on the upper section, so you still have to remove the upper components to take out the rest of the dust.Re-fitting isn’t that easy either.It has 2 speeds, the lower speed is not that effective, and at max speed, it will do the job, but anything stuck in the fibers in the carpet, it will not shift and will need too be nudged for this to pick up.It’s fairly easy to dismantle the long rod and switch to the short one and vice versa. As for battery life, this seems to be fair so far, but with the lack of vacuum power, you’ll soon run out of juice and will need to be recharged fairly regularly.I can see this being used on a daily basis as a quick brush up after a meal, but if you want a thorough clean, I’d look for something much more powerful.

Title: Poor suction
Review: This looks like a smart handheld vacuum cleaner, but it has some rough edges and disappointing pickup.A switch on the back of the dust canister switches on in the lower power mode and another press boosts the power; a third press switches it off. It never gets very loud because it never really gets up sufficient power to do a proper clean; even on a vinyl kitchen floor it struggled to pick up dust. It fared worse on carpet, tickling the pile rather than lifting it and struggling to pick up fluff. I had to run over the same ground a few times before bits were collected and I had to collect some by hand to avoid the process becoming too laborious.The dust canister has a good capacity and, whilst the dust collected so far has emptied without protest into the bin, the clip to open it is rather too hands on and could do with a redesign.The box contains the main unit, extension tube, floor and dust tools, plus a charging dock and lead. It is efficiently boxed, but is an underwhelming vacuum once set up and runs without enough suction to effect a proper clean of vinyl let alone carpets even when on the higher power setting.

Title: Brilliant power and versatility. Small issue with moulding causing discomfort (easily fixed)
Review: Very impressed with this little stick vacuum other than a small issue with the mould line on the top of the handle which felt uncomfortable when gripping. I rectified this by using a Dremel to smooth that part down and now it is perfect. The vac comes with the stick hose which makes it simple to vacuum the stairs and upstairs landing.The carpet brush articulates well when turning and picks up a lot of hair and debris with ease. There are two speeds to play with, so I use the low speed for hard floors to conserve battery and high speed for the carpets. In the end, I managed to do the whole house and still had battery to spare which is amazing considering my Dyson lasts about 5 mins in high power mode. When you take the stick hose off, you have a compact handheld vac for tight spaces such as in the car.The vacuum cleaner comes with a charger, brush head and crevice tool which is all I will ever need. Over the moon with the build, power and versatility and despite the small mould issue, I am happy to award this 5 stars.
