Title: Mouse feels a little flat. keyboard has a slightly unusual layout.
Review: I’ve been using this keyboard and mouse set for a day now as my old set up kept lagging, which makes it very difficult to type. So far I’ve had no similar issues, everything works smoothly and responsively. I’d prefer that the batteries be replaceable rather than rechargeable because I’m using it for work and need to get it back up and running as soon as possible. I’ve yet to test if it can be charged whilst using it but there is only one charging cable so let’s hope that keyboard and mouse don’t need charging at the same time. The mouse feels a little squashed for my taste. I’d prefer one that fits into my hand, it does have a nice quiet click though. They keyboard has good feedback and is easy to touch type on, other than the Enter key which is an odd size for a UK keyboard and I keep pressing the hash key instead of it! Also the left shift key is unusually long and the manufacturer has used this to relegate the two lines that normally sit next to it to a fn button. It all works but takes some getting used to. One final observation is that the keyboard does come with a rather nice rubber cover, I’d wondered how this would affect typing and can report that it doesn’t. considering how filthy my keyboards get this is a welcome addition.
