Title: Compact, quiet unit, good for hay fever symptoms
Review: The Raydrop humidifier is a compact black unit that is quite unobtrusive in any room, taking up the minimum of space. It has a 1.7 litre tank with a good mist output range. It is filterless with an auto shut off safety feature to prevent over heating if the water runs low. The tank is transparent so you can see the water level, and it has a simple to use control knob. It is surprisingly quiet when running, so does not disturb sleep.My husband suffers from seasonal hay fever (tree and grass) and when the count is high and he has had a bad day, his sleep is then often poor with lingering symptoms, a blocked nose, itchy eyes and strained breathing because of congestion. We set this up in the bedroom on his side, as per the easy to follow instructions, and it did give him some relief during the night. He said his nose was clearer and as a result, his mouth was less dry. He is quite a light sleeper and the running unit didn’t disturb him at all.A good unit at a price that is comparable to other similar products.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme. My review is independent and unbiased, based only on my personal experience of the product.

Title: night time must
Review: So I got this to use overnight as I am struggling with insomnia right now and nothing is working, I read on a blog to use one of these with some oils in to sooth me to sleep.I set it all up for the first night & I didn’t put enough oils in :(Second night I did put more oils in and it didn’t help me get to sleep at a normal hour but I did feel more relaxed in bed.So stuck with this and last night was night 5 and I finally got to sleep at a normal hour! I can only credit this to helping me because I have honestly tried everything else.It is super simple to fill up, you just turn on and choose your setting then I leave on over night, the auto shut off works phew!It really is whisper quiet I have to sleep with ear plugs in but I lay with them out to see the noise level myself and I am impressed, this doesn’t bother the dogs they are all sleeping through the night which is brill because our fan we brought last summer was too loud for them.This is a really good size, I love that it is black and I LOVE that this is no filter so no added costs down the line huge bonus!!!!I am also prone to getting other peoples colds so this is going to be SO handy for when that happens.My GP told me these are good for hayfever sufferers which I am one and I live right near farmer rapeseed fields and I really struggle at times I was advised to sleep with one of these on over night during the worst time of season so hopefully this will help me during this time which is coming soon.Personally I love this, I hope it keeps helping me sleep, I love that it is black and no filter, it shuts off, it is a good size for my personal use, it is quiet. Everything you really want from one of these.

Title: Silent operation
Review: As stated by a previous reviewer, my unit also came with a 13A fuse fitted which should be replaced by a 1A fuse to ensure the product has adequate protection against causing fire as a result of it failing. This is somewhat worrying and all purchasers of this unit should be warned, or product recalled.The actual unit works fine and is easy to use, silent in operation and with a large water tank which will easily last the whole night, note, it states that oils should not be placed in the water.Can only give 3 stars based on the fuse issue which should be fixed right away.
