Before chamfering,ensure that the locking nut securely holds the saw blade. It is advisable to test-cut with waste tiles and adjust to the desired edge thickness before proceeding in bulk.

[Adjustment procedure]
First, loosen the 4 internal hex screws on the shaft holder(9).Then, adjust the cutting edge thickness by using the 2 black edge thickness adjustment screws(8) clockwise for thinner, counterclockwise for thicker). Remember: ensure that the black edge thickness adjustment screws(8) on both sides maintain the same height to ensure that the chamfered edges are parallel to the base, preventing uneven chamfering.After adjusting the height of the left and right black edge thickness adjustment screws(8), move the rear of the stone cutting machine towards the cutting blade to make the black edge thickness adjustment screws(8) contact the base profile. Then secure the 4 internal hex screws on the shaft holder(9).Finally, tighten the 2 black edge thickness adjustment screws(8) again.

Please use professional chamfering blades. The standard size of the saw blade is 116*Arbor 20mm. Depending on the work environment, consider using water cutting to reduce dust.Before chamfering, securely fasten the tiles or stone slabs to be chamfered.During use, ensure that the POM Slide Rail(7) is in contact with the tile surface, and the Stainless Steel Slide Rail(6) is pressed against the tile edge. Apply even and consistent force while maintaining a uniform cutting speed.Follow the direction indicated by the arrow on the Safety Guard(4) for the feeding direction, which corresponds to the clockwise rotation of the saw blade.Pay attention to the application of force when feeding and retracting to ensure that the Stainless Steel Slide Rail(6) remains close to the tile edge.This machine can be used to chamfer inclined or horizontally placed plates. To chamfer narrow, long strips with a width of over 15cm, you can also invert the masonry saw. For beginners, it is not recommended to chamfer plates with a width of less than 15cm until they become proficient. (When chamfering small narrow strips,please be extremely cautious about safety.)

Review: Die Verarbeitung des Fliesenschneiders ist von außen erstmal in Ordnung. Vom Plastikkorpus des Motors stehen mehrere Plastikreste und Grate ab, was meiner Meinung nach nachgearbeitet werden müsste. Die Auflagefläche ist sauber und plan.Man merkt, dass das Produkt direkt aus China kommt. Es hat eine furchtbare Anleitung und wie so oft wird Sicherheit kleingeschrieben. Weder CE-Kennzeichnung noch GS oder ROHS Zertifizierung.Das merkt man auch gleich beim ersten Einschalten, da es total verschmort riecht.Immerhin tut die Maschine, was sie soll und das auch wirklich nicht schlecht. Ich hab noch selbst ein vernünftiges Blatt drauf gemacht. Empfehlen kann ich den Fliesenschneider dennoch nicht guten Gewissens, da ich ungeprüfte Maschinen grundsätzlich als potenziell gefährlich einstufe.

Review: Die Fliesenschneidemaschine ist sehr gut und wiegt knappe 7 Kilogramm. Sie schneidet zuverlässig im 45° Winkel. Mitgeliefert wird eine 12V Mini Pumpe und ein Wasserschlauch, der eine Ãœberhitzung und Staubbildung verhindert bzw. drastisch reduziert.Fliesen bis ca. 2cm dicke sind Schneidbar. Dazu kann ein größeres Sägeblatt verwendet werden – maximal 130 x 20mm statt regulär 116 x 20mm.Ich bin bislang recht Zufrieden und kann sie Empfehlen.
