Title: Works quickly and effectively, not dishwasher safe
Review: My vegetable slicing abilities have never been the best. For some recipes, larger chunks of veg are fine, but when I want them cut into finer pieces it takes me a while and gets pretty messy. That’s where this machine really comes into its own.It’s really fast. After peeling an onion and cutting it in two, I dropped the two halves in, put the lid on and held down the button on the top. After literally a second or so I had the bowl of neatly chopped onion you can see in the picture. No struggle whatsoever.Assembly is pretty straightforward. The instructions for this aren’t the best, but it’s quite easy to figure out. You just need to remember to remove the plastic covers from the blades before you first turn it on (I nearly didn’t!).The only downside to this is that it’s unfortunately not dishwasher safe. The components are easily detachable and don’t take long to clean manually, but I do personally like to avoid washing up as much as possible.Still, the amount of time required for cleaning will be easily outweighed by the time saved by not having to chop my vegetables anymore.

Title: Pot feels flimsy; not dishwasher safe
Review: I like a good mini chopper – theyâ€™re one of my favourite kitchen gadgets: good ones are efficient and quick, less cumbersome for smaller tasks than a full-sized food processor, and typically less easy to damage than the mini chopper attachments that come with some stick blenders. This Progress version though reasonably powerful isnâ€™t my favourite.The base bowl for this mini chopper feels quite thin. The double blade is effective and this chops quite well. At 400w this is ostensibly more powerful than mini choppers by KitchenAid and Ninja, though the less sturdy build seems to detract from the extra power. The washing-safe components to this mini chopper are suitable for hand washing only – to me, the thin plastic walls of the bowl feel as though they could be softened/melted in the sustained heat of a dishwasher cycle.The RRP has this priced at Â£21.99, whilst the Ninja model is (at time of writing)only a few pounds more, is better made, and dishwasher safe.

Title: Nice food chopper
Review: Nice design, very compact food chopper yet all the power of a regular size one, really quick and easy to use, crushes through veggies and frozen fruit easily, no messing about. It is a bit noisy but it does the job quickly.Itâ€™s easy to assemble and store, doesnâ€™t take up too much space in my cupboard, makes short work making smoothies and dips, etc.the only downside is itâ€™s not dishwasher safe.
