Review: Using this was the first time I’ve properly waxed at home, I was a bit nervous but it was so easy to use and I acheieved salon results!I’m so pleased with the quality of the warmer considering the price!I bought wax beads and sticks separately but for a first time try, I was incredibly impressed. It heats the wax quickly and you can change the temp to keep it on a lower heat while using.I found it very easy to use and clean after use.It’s professional looking as well, so it has a nice home on my shelf in my dressing room.I highly recommend, it does exactly what it’s designed to do and has saved me a fortune in the salon already!I look forward to using it again

Review: I am incredibly disappointed with this item. I bought a couple of months ago, never any problems. I put it on this morning and it sparked, all the electricity cut out and I could smell smoke.I put the item outside and waited until it cooled down.Incredibly disappointed with the product, if I hadn’t been in the same room, god knows what would have happened. Even more so annoyed that I’ve had to order a new one, cancel all my clients today and I can’t even get a refund!
