Striker brushes have a distinctive round head for high capacity paint holding, an angled head for optimum contact with the surface and a long handle that enables you to get to difficult to reach areas such as high walls and ceilings without having to resort to ladders or platforms, or awkward areas like behind radiators, gutters and pipes or staining fences behind shrubs, bushes, etc.

This trade quality, sturdy striker brush has a 2″ (50mm) diameter angled head made from a mix of synthetic and natural bristle to combine finish quality and durability, with an extra long 24″ (610mm) handle, giving an extended reach almost four times that of a standard paint brush. Set in a rust-resistant, stainless steel ferrule, it is ideal for applying water- and solvent/oil-based paints including emulsion paints (eg. matt, silk, eggshell) and masonry paints to smooth or textured surfaces, and woodstains and varnishes to fences, sheds and other timber surfaces. The soft bristles also make striker brushes useful as a dusting brush for high walls and ceilings, gathering and moving dust rather than flicking it.

Review: J’ai acheté ce pinceau car je repeignais ma cuisine et le plafond est mansardé.Il y a une hauteur qui varie de 2m à 2,8m et ce n’est vraiment pas simple de peindre le mur sans tâcher le plafond blanc dans l’angle.Après plusieurs tentatives avec du scotch de masquage, j’ai fini par commander ce pinceau. Et là, miracle !J’ai réussi à finir de peindre ma cuisine sans tâcher le plafond.Le manche du pinceau est assez long pour atteindre les endroits hauts. Il me suffisait de monter sur mes meubles de cuisine. Cela m’a sauvé car du fait du plafond mansardé je ne pouvais pas caler mon échelle pour atteindre le haut.Les poils du pinceau sont restés en place, il se nettoie facilement et le bois me parait de bonne qualité.Top !
