High performance cleaning

The Princess 339000 Smart Robot Vacuum is a powerful 15 Watt cordless and motorised vacuum cleaner which offers smart and efficient high performance cleaning. The robot vacuum features three adjustable suction settings; high, medium and low which you can easily set to your preference and is suitable for all floor types. With double side brushes which rotate when in use, the vacuum is will easily clean hard to reach places, corners and edges. Two floor brushes, four corner brushes included and remote control included with purchase.

Intelligent and efficient

The vacuum is equipped with seven cleaning patterns which will navigate your home for thorough and precision cleaning. You may also program the vacuum to learn a specific route around your home. With smart sensors technology, the vacuum detects edges, corners and large objects efficiently, which prevents damage to your furniture and to the vacuum itself.

Cordless and rechargeable

The Princess 339000 Smart Robot Vacuum is cordless and operates off a rechargeable battery. The battery will charge when the vacuum is at the included docking station and takes approximately 5 hours to charge. When fully charged, the vacuum will operate for 90 minutes. If the vacuum is in use and the battery is low, it will return to it’s docking station to recharge. When the recharge is complete, the vacuum will automatically resume cleaning.

Hygienic empty system

The Princess 339000 Smart Robot Vacuum is a bagless vacuum and can hold a maximum 500mls. Simply remove the lid from the top of the vacuum, remove the container and empty it straight into your bin. Dust emissions are filtered through two filters, one of which is the High Efficiency filter, which makes it an excellent choice of vacuum for people who suffer from allergies. The filters can also be removed and are very easy to clean.

Smart and app/voice controlled

Connect the Princess 339000 Smart Robot Vacuum to the free HomeWizard Climate app and control your robot vacuum remotely via your smartphone, or connect it to your Alexa or Google Assistant to control it with your voice. The robot vacuum is also part of the Smartwares Smarthome Pro Series, which includes other smart products such as light bulbs, smoke detectors, water detectors and plugs, which can all be controlled centrally using the Smartwares Pro Link (sold separately). Title: Great smart home gadget, but still needs some work
Review: Itâ€™s a great smart home gadget, the suction does seem quite powerful and picks up a lot from the areas it covers. The app is really frustrating to use it took a while to get it connected to my WiFi. My vacuum keeps getting caught on cables, stuck under furniture, and on matts and when this happens it just stops with an error code on its display. Also for the time I have been using this product it has never actually been able to find its way back to its docking station without getting lost and the battery dying. Despite its faults I still think itâ€™s a brilliant smart home gadget to have.

Title: Works well but cannot get app to work
Review: This comes with docking station 2 spare brushes spare filter and holder and instruction leaflet. It looks to be very well made and we charged it up eagerly. There are 3 buttons on the top, the clean and stop button, a home button and a spot programme. There is a push indicator for emptying the dust collector. There is a power switch on the side. The cleaning was really effective raising the pile on the carpet. I work by switching on vacuum in room and cleaning the room while it works. I watched it edge round furniture, and under beds and tables. I tried out the spot function. Emptied it and found it was easy to empty and had a good sized dust collector. As there is an appear other functions we downloaded it first to my husband’s iPhone 6 plus but could not connect to the cleaner, we then tried my iPhone SE and it still would not connect. I started an account on Home Wizard web site to get instructions but could not get any where. One of my sons has an android phone and we will try his when he visits. Until then I am happy with the vacuum as it is working it manually. It is a little disappointing not to get a response but I think it may be because it is new. Hopefully support will soon be better

Title: Impressive
Review: I had an ILife V3 Robotic cleaner and although it was pretty good, it never gave a completely satisfactory performance, with a tendency to just nudge some pieces of dirt and fluff around. Eventually I stopped using it.This cleaner is a big step up, with a more powerful motor that delivers better suction and cleans up an area far more quickly and thoroughly. I have tried it on a tiled kitchen floor and a woolen rug and it performed equally well. Also, it is larger than many other robot cleaners and won’t need to be emptied as often.It’s easy to operate and has no problem moving around a room, ensuring that every inch is covered. My son left our living room in a terrible state with crisps everywhere and I was horrified. Being a typical teenager, my son continued to lounge on the sofa watching television, but did condescend to turn on this robot cleaner.Within 10 minutes, the room was spotless.

Title: Quiet, Fast, but not very compatible with Android or 5GHz Wifi networks
Review: I have a Roomba 671 we have affectionately named ‘Fenton’ and now he has a partner we’ve simply named ‘Princess’!While this is lovely for them, it is also useful to allow comparison between the two models, the iRobot Roomba arguably being the standard by which robotic vacuum cleaners are measured.In summary, Princess measures up pretty well. In some key areas I prefer her, in others Fenton; neither are perfect. Also, neither of these are going to eliminate to clean your place with a proper hoover. They will clear up small light particles loosely resting on the carpet or floor and that’s about it.To start with the design is basically the same; they are both the same size black disks, with equivalent build quality. Princess has a dedicated smooth floor adaptor and comes with spare brushes, and her cleaning compartment is marginally easier to access (top vs side). However Fenton has a larger bin volume.Both can be controlled by app; Princess can also be controlled without Wifi or use of the app. However, setup of Princess only worked on iOS, not on Android. Hopefully the Android app will be updated, but she isn’t the first IOT device that won’t set up on Android. However once set up, the Android app works just fine. On the subject of setup, she will only connect to a 2.4GHz network; I have a 2.4 & 5 GHz AC network and had to disable the 5GHz in order to connect her to the 2.4GHz band and set her up. I could reenable the 5GHz band afterwards with no issues. Additionally, she has particularly poor wifi reception compared to other devices.In terms of performance the key differences are:- Princess has 3 power levels, the highest of which is still quieter than the Roomba.- Princess has a very logical backwards and forwards hoovering style, versus Fenton’s completely random. She can be told to go randomly if you’d prefer, though I can’t see the point.- Princess drives much more quickly then Fenton.- Princess very rarely drives into things; Fenton slows down before gently bumping into everything.- Fenton has more ability to negotiate sizable bumps, such as mats and rugs, without getting throwing an error code.- Princess has a bling flashy display which would appeal to some, and perhaps not to others.- Princess is better at finding her way back to her base station when comanded. Fenton frequently more or less ignores the command. Or perhaps he’s taking a scenic route, perhaps because he hasn’t stopped to ask for directions….- Princess has a strange habit of doing a 360 turn when she starts up, but she does this before she has cleared the charging dock, so ends up bumping the charging pod into a position that she can’t access again. She hasn’t done this recently so perhaps there has been a software update, but it was concerning when we first tried using her.- Princess can be apparently controlled though Alexa, though I haven’t checked.- Princess can also be controlled directly forward backwards and turn left and right buttons in the app, which is fun, though there is a bit of lag.So all in all, compared to Fenton the Roomba, she is quieter and faster, she has 3 different power levels and a more logical cleaning approach. However she doesn’t clean any bette, isn’t very compatible with Android, 5GHz wifi networks, and in fact has pretty terrible wifi reception.

Title: Robot cleaning when you aren’t even at home.
Review: This is a powerful robot cleaner that cleans very well. One of its unique features is the ability to use a Smartphone as a control, which means you can start it cleaning when you are away from your home. Connection to the internet was a little tricky as you need to be on a network with a particular wavelength. This can be sorted but it did take me a lot longer than I anticipated.The cleaner will sense objects in the way and clean around. It tends to work in straight lines up and down and does appear to cover the whole carpet. The height of the unit is slightly higher than other robot vacuums on the market. This does mean that this unit gets stuck under a sofa that can be cleaned successfully with a slimmer unit. The cleaning of this particular vacuum is much better than the slimmer one I compared it with so on balance a better buy.
