Review: This product is an absolute danger to your health because you could lose digits when cleaning!!!!The blades can still be turned on when the bottle is removed, as I found out when drying the base and it turned on. If I was holding it a different way I would have had some seriously bad cuts……or worse!!!The one I received may be defective, but if it is then the quality control needs to be a lot better before sending these out to the customers, because the one I have received is a major health hazard!

Review: Update:The seller contacted me and I was able to buy a new one and have a full refund for the broken one. I could see immediately the difference in the battery life since with just one charge I could make at least 5 smoothies, instead before after just one I would have to charge the blender again.———-I’m not sure what’s wrong but I bought this item just before leaving for a long trip and it was working well. Then it stayed unused in the drawer for about 4 months, charged overnight and the next morning when I was ready to get my smoothie I couldn’t get it to work…. not sure what’s wrong or how to reach customer service.
