Review: this is a good unit – see headline.Back of unit to tip of bit (if using 25mm bit) 50mmAdd stubby or mini drill bits, set of 5 smallest is 55 mm – longest is 59 mm. [measured my own set with micrometer.]Back of unit to tip of smallest bit when fitted = 84 mm. Back of unit to tip of largest bit when fitted = 87 mm. [micrometer]Add in your hands to hold both unit and drill, you’ll need magnetic driver bits because you don’t have 3 hands! The screw lengths also play a major part in the space needed between the object and your forearm or back of your hand. Good luck.
