Title: A must have for any PSVR2 player
Review: Hates having my vr controllers just lying around and being half charged any time I went to play.This looks very nice and is a handy place to store the controllers as well as charge them.Very easy to just set them in when done playing and wjen you need them again just slip your hands into them and pick them up again ready to play.

Title: Bit of a faff to dock controllers
Review: It’s quite low profile so that’s one plus point. It does a good job keeping it’s footprint small enough that it doesn’t take up much space. My gripe with it is that it can be a bit of a faff to seat the controllers when docking. You have to fiddle around with the orientation and moving the straps out of the way. The charging points plug into the controllers, so this is a complete afterthought from Sony, not integrated into the controller. When i first set everything up, i plugged them in to charge but had to remove them for pairing, which requires the cable. You only have to do this once so it’s not the end of the world, but the charging points are so small, you could easily lose them. They are also so small that they don’t help at all with locating them in the dock.There could be a lot of things better about this. It comes with a brick power supply, which is weird. It’s supposed to save time, but it takes longer to fiddle about than to just plug them in. That said, once docked it looks tidier than having two cables trailing across the desk, so can still recommend if you are looking to keep things tidy.

Title: Almost a necessity
Review: On the basis that you have two controllers to charge and there are limited USB ports on the PS5, this is a practical necessity if you want to play in VR regularly. It looks good and the controllers nestle nicely in their slots.

Title: Not Easy To Dock
Review: I bought this a while ago now and the thing infuriates me. I’ll explain why.It looks nice and matches the PS5 and controllers etc, no problems there. The issue I have is actually docking the controllers, it’s a real faff, partly due to the shape of the controllers and as a result the design of the docking station. The controllers don’t just drop in to place, you have to move them around and then suddenly they sit there and the little led lights up confirming the controller has docked. It doesn’t take much to knock them out of position either.A magnetic system would have been good whereby as soon as you get near it kind of sucks the controller into position.BOBOVR battery pack for the Pico 4 does this, it’s brilliant, takes less than a second for the battery to dock on both the charger and the headset.For a official product this for me has failed, how on earth did it get past testing ??3 stars for looks . Stick to plugging in the charging lead or look for an alternative docking charger.
