Title: Water filtration is great but damaged product – update 22/06/24
Review: Would be 5 stars but bottom container arrived damaged (no damage to packaging evident) with a dent as can be seen from the photos. Have emailed seller (17/06/24) but no response as yet. Great shame as item not cheap but impressed with the taste of the water. Item still usable but at £119????? Have asked for a replacement part and will update review if I hear from seller.22/06/24 – good and prompt response from seller regarding damaged base and replacement part is on its way.Have tried a number of water filter option (PHOX, BRITAS, Aamzon basics etc) but this produces the best tasting water that I have experienced. Although expensive initial out lay the filters last longer and should prove much more cost effective in the long run – highly recommened.

Title: Overall very happy with this.
Review: I bought this because I wanted my family to have on tap filtered drinking water, no one fills up our filter jug and I don’t want to mess around under the sink installing tap filters etc.It solved that problem, it holds enough water for a few days, when its time to fill up you’ll still get a decent amount of water out by tilting it, so it’s never empty.It looks nice being stainless steel (though the bits at the ends of filters are plastic – so it’s not plastic free) it’s well made, it went together easily, and the tap functions great and is easy for kids to use.The taste is fine – it’s not as good as our filter jug (Klar), it seems drier and not as smooth, but then these filters don’t need replacing as often, filter faster and my main objective is to just make sure most bad stuff is filtered out of the water which I trust this is doing. Maybe needs to be remineralised after filter? I don’t know.Overall I’d definitely recommend this for someone looking to remove the hassle from filter jugs. Bear in mind you’ll probably want a large jug or other method to refill this as its a pain to carry and balance.

Title: Fantastic value and quality product
Review: I did my homework on this water filter as I was determined to get a Burley, but the Phoenix were like for like on filter capacity and replacement cartridges last almost as long but with the massive difference in price for both unit and upkeep. Very pleased with my purchase.

Title: Works well
Review: Before use make sure you fill it up and drain it about 4 times until water coming out is crystal clear. I think the instructions recomment 3 but I did 5 just to be sure, though by the 4th the water was already clean.Definitely makes tap water taste much better2 issues: this needs to be assembled but the instructions are not clear enough, I figured it out eventually but they could be better, its not step by step but rather just a diagram with all the components showing where they are in the final assembly.Second issue, dont overfill the container, if the bottom container has less room than the amount of water you add in the top container, water will leak from the sides where the top container sits, as the design doesnt prevent water from being filtered when the bottom container is fullGood value for money, this was 120 pounds when I got it, the other version is 200 and all I saw it has is the logo of the company on the container, not sure why thats so much more expensive, just get this version

Review: Waste of money – got a free water bottle however missing the tap and half of the rubber washers. Not very hard to pack 5 things into a box. Maybe learn to count?

Title: Filters well, just taste is not as I thought
Review:  Update2: After speaking with seller, I put water with turmeric in and added as well water with Chlorella in. It did filtered it (as seen on photo and video) and putting Chlorella somehow improved taste of water and it taste nice.Hope this helps someone. It’s worth the moneyUpdate: I did notice the change using the filtered water. With tap water my herbal teas start taste off after 12 hours, using filtered water, herbal tea tastes better and don’t go off even if I leave it for a day or two.But.. I left some water in a glass bottle with crystals and after a few days I found this green stuff (in photos) in there. Like the water is having its own life so now I’m not sure if I want to keep using their filters. I’ve been using it since 2.4.22 (3weeks)Unit on its own and tap is good, just not sure about those carbon filters if this early on, water left in glass bottle for a few days turned green.. I haven’t experienced it with any other filter so far._______I’ve been using it for a few days but I’m not sure if it’s working. Water doesn’t smell like from the tap but the taste didn’t change that much so I’m not sure this is filtering anything. Before I used zero filter where I could taste the difference and measure the water. But using the tds meter, sometimes there is more particles after filtering than in the tap water I used to filter.
