Review: Love the fact the screen includes a webcam…wouldn’t mind more focus options but it’s fine as is.Had to use a converter for Ethernet as there is no direct Ethernet post on the monitor like its 49†cousin.Great screen once set up!

Title: Great picture, but the extras let it down
Review: This is a stylish monitor and once you configure the picture using the monitor’s settings, the picture looks amazing. The stand is height adjustable too, which is nice. It features a USB hub, USB-C connection, HDMI and DisplayPort too. It’s more expensive than some of the other curved 34†ultrawide monitors, but I splashed out because it has an integrated webcam, microphone and speakers. Windows showed it as having 75hz refresh rate.It’s let down by the integrated webcam. The picture quality is low, and the image grainy. I bought a £25 1080p webcam from Amazon during lockdown and the image quality on that is so much better. You can’t tilt the webcam up/down either, so unless the monitor is quite low you will appear low down in the shot.The built in speakers also sound very tinny, like a cheap LCD TV. Fine for basic audio calls but not good enough if you like listening to music.I didn’t try the microphone.I’ve since returned the Philips monitor and will be buying an LG one for £100 cheaper without a built in webcam and microphone. A shame really as I wanted to integrate all my peripherals into one device.

Title: Stopped working after a few hours
Review: Monitor simply went blank and could not be turned on after a few hours of use. Quality control at the factory needs to do better as it’s very disappointing for the customer having to go through the hassle of collecting then having to pack, print labels and return a defective item. Review: I found out after I got the monitor for both work and gaming that hdmi 2.0 does not support 4k so my Xbox one x only works with full had. Thus I only use the display port for work

Review: Terrible monitor. Image was cloudy, no matter the settings you chose. Audio was shocking, extremely bad quality and constant crackling sound. Advertised as 60Hz but runs at 30Hz max. Returned!

Review: Bisher haben wir in unseren Büros für jeden Rechner jezwei 25″ Monitore nebeneinander gestellt. Das sieht aus wie im NASA Kontrollzentrum. Man schaut in der MItte immer auf die Rahmen des linken und rechten Monitors und es braucht viel Platz auf dem Schreibtisch (zwei Standfüße, zwei Kabelsätze).Dann habe ich in der Computerbild einen Test für 34″ Monitore gesehen. Der PHILIPS 34E1C5600HE – 34 Zoll WQHD landete auf Platz 2 bei den getesteten Geräten mit einer Note 1.8. Preislich günstiger als Modelle anderer Hersteller und der einzige mit einer eingebauten Webcam.Die Auflösung mit 3440×1440 bei 100Hz ist Klasse. Angeschlossen wird er mit einem HDMI oder DisplayPort. USB-C, USB Hub Anschlüsse sind vorhanden. Alles was wir benötigen. Den Standfuß habe ich in drei Minuten zusammengebaut. Dazu ist kein Werkzeug notwendig. Das hat Phillips super gelöst. Alle notwendigen Kabel lagen bei. Eine Anleitung brauchte es dazu nicht. Alles zusammen übersichtlich und sicher für den Transport verpackt.Angeschlossen, der Rechner hat den Monitor sofort erkannt. Ein völlig neues Arbeitsgefühl. Eine große übersichtliche Arbeitsfläche. In Windows selbst gibt es eine Standardfunktion zum Teilen des Bildschirms. Man zieht ein Windows(Anwendungs)Fenster ganz nach rechts, dann geht das Vollbild automatisch auf die rechte Bildschirmhälfte. Eine andere Anwendung zieht man nach links, dann öffnet es sich auf der linken Bildschirmhälfte. Wem das zu umständlich ist der kann ein einfaches Zusatzprogramm auf dem Rechner installieren welches verschiedene einstellbare Teilungen des Bildschirms managt z.B.Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Monitor. Er eröffnet uns neue Arbeitspersektiven weil man in verschiedenen Anwendungen paralell arbeiten kann und macht uns damit noch effizienter.
