Review: While the mat is great, the nozzles and tub don’t really work to pipe macarons. Best to use a plastic piping bag and separate nozzles instead. The mat does need to be scrubbed a couple of times to get it clean. But apart from that, I like the mat as I get the perfect same shape macarons and mixture doesn’t lose shape because of the moulds. Also easy to fold and store since it’s soft
