Title: Worst kettle I have ever owned
Review: I like stove kettles, with whistles, but this kettle has the puniest whistle of any kettle I have owned.The lid is so tight that it’s difficult to remove.When pouring from it, the water glugs out, which is not something you want from a kettle with boiling liquid.It seems to take far too long to boil, compared to the previous kettle I used.I have used this kettle for a few months and I cannot recommend it. It’s awful.If I could, I’d want my money back.

Title: It splutters
Review: The issue I have with this kettle is that if your only boiling a small quantity of water it will splutter when you pour the boiling water out. If your always going to boil 1/2 a kettle or more then there is no problem. The item looks good but for some reason the stainless steel does seem to brown somewhat. The whistle noise is fine and the handle is chunky. Would I buy another one? Frankly no, I’d buy an electric one.

Review: I love oxo products because their designs are so thoughtful and they think of everything. This kettle is no exception. I love it. It works well and the “movable” handle makes it easy to fill. The spout is convenient because you just flip it open and it stays open. There’s no need to hold it open and get steam burns. The handle is also high enough and angled so you don’t get steam burns when you’re pouring.
