Title: Great for businesses
Review: Replaced my printer from a popular brand that also does thermal shipping labels because I was sick of having to plug it into my laptop every time I needed to print my shipping labels for work. Specifically got this one because I can print via Bluetooth which means not having to take my laptop over to my printers every time I need to print. Works perfectly. The one time it messed up was because of my laptop, not the printer, and the customer service via email was excellent. Also really handy that you can put the roll of paper inside the printer instead of needing a separate holder for it, saves a lot of space on the shelf. Should I need a second printer in the future for any reason, i’d happily order this again!

Title: Easy to use, highly flexible Bluetooth or USB thermal printer.
Review: The webpage photos of the Omezizy D520-BT thermal label printer are a little deceptive. In these it looks very similar to many small battery operated thermal printers on the market but it is very different, being a sizeable 174mm x 155mm x 215mm. The printer is mains powered and connects to a PC by either Bluetooth or a USB-A cable; it is also supplied with a USB-C to A converter. If preferred the printer can connect to a mobile using Bluetooth. It has an on/off switch at the back and an indicator light on the top.Paper can be placed inside the printer or stored behind the printer and fed through the back. There is a roll holder that is compatible with a 25mm diameter core. Unlike many label printers it is not tied to a particular brand of labels. It has taken every label type I have tried within the range of 25mm to 105mm wide. The printer can be fed with continuous labels inside the machine or fanfold labels fed through the back. Linking with either a PC using USB or a mobile using Bluetooth is straightforward and the printer swaps between the two seamlessly. This sort of printer is dependent on quality software to be useful. Two options are available, a mobile or a PC app. Both are flexible and easy to use. I have only discovered one bug with the desktop app, which is that if a file is renamed the program misidentifies it. One useful feature of the app is the ability to select part of pdf file to print.Using thermal self-adhesive labels means the process of producing postage labels is fast and requires no ink or additional consumables. The printer is at home producing full sizes shipping labels or small labels for domestic use. It is by far the easiest and most flexible thermal printer I have used.

Title: Amazing Label Printer
Review: This is awesome, it makes life so much easier to use than a normal printer and i don’t have to print the labels at the shop either.Out of the box you get the printer, instructions and a roll of labels. The setup is really easy, charge up the printer, pair it with your phone (or computer) and you are ready to print, it’s an inkless printer so it makes it really convenient, the rolls of labels are really cheap to get and they are also a standard size so any roll will fit as long as they are thermal paper.Quality wise, it’s impressively good, for such a small device, it works really well, all the labels i’ve printed are accurate, the bar codes and qr codes on them work and are easily readable. You can print pretty much anything you want, the labels are like stickers so you can print custom stickers easily too, the printer is portable and easy to use on the go, i’m really happy with it as it makes my life easier.

Title: Sorry won’t recommend
Review: Refund already received. I’d say the company has good customer service. However, it’s so fed up with the whole experience with this printer. After 2 months of using, the app suddenly stopped working which it seems they were updating the app version. However, the team was not well built enough to fix things promptly. I needed to use the printer daily, and it was even during holiday season with most sales going during the year. It created a huge panic to us and things were so messy. The app was finally fixed a few months later, but yet we figured out another way to print it without the app.HOWEVER, fast forward to a few more months later, i.e. 7 months of using it, the hardware itself stopped working. One day, after a couple of prints, it just stopped. The reason was ‘paper jammed’. However, we checked everything, which the roller and all worked perfectly fine. I was even going to open the printer up to see if there’s actually paper jammed. Yet, there was no way to do it. all was locked, and there was no instruction online to trouble shoot it.I honestly think both the app and printer are so unreliable. They’re not ready to be on market. I wouldn’t recommend it at this stage as you’d waste so much energy fixing it and still got nowhere.

Title: Speedy and efficient
Review: From the moment I unboxed this little pink dynamo, I realised my shipping woes were on the brink of a serious upgrade. Connecting was a cinch, both via Bluetooth and USB, and I found myself experimenting with a variety of devices. While the option to switch between fanfold and roll papers offers flexibility, the star feature is its rapid printing capability – 72 labels a minute, keeping pace with even my busiest days. Ditching the ink and toner has been not just economical, but a time-saver as well. It’s no fuss and delivers consistently. If speed and efficiency are what you seek, this might just be the ticket.

Review: I replaced my old printer with this one, and it’s been a significant improvement. It’s easy to use with both my phone and Mac. Although I haven’t tried it with Windows, I believe it will work just as well. My only issue is that I have to locate and add the printer each time I want to print, but once connected, it prints within seconds. This setup works fine for me, but it might be inconvenient for someone who prints frequently throughout the day. On the bright side, the printer is quickly found and prints efficiently. While the software could use some enhancements, it seems perfect for infrequent users like myself. Also I used it on wireless only. So it might be different if you are connected through cable.

Review: I really like this thermal label printer. It’s a great value considering the ease of use and the app has an easy user interface.-Great print quality. No smudging.Pros:-Takes all kinds of label sizes. I’ve used 4×6 shipping labels, 2x2s, and 2″ circles.-The printer is pretty good about calibrating to the correct size label (see cons for exception).-Comes in different colors. I got the pink one and it is super cute.-App is easy to navigate. It has many preset images (I use those to print my thank you stickers on circle labels). You can also make and print a QR code (as pictured), which is great because now I don’t need to buy business cards.Cons:-Printer seems to have a hard time recognizing my 4×6 labels after I’ve used a different size label. I have to mess around with the printer settings in order for it to print properly again. Not a huge deal since I’m pretty tech savvy, but just a warning if you’re not great with technology.-Maybe a tad too big if you have a smaller space. The shape of it is irregular so you can’t really fit it perfectly in a small space. It’s very similar to a zebra printer in terms of shape and size.I will be trying it with some stamp size labels and will update this to let everyone know if it works on that size label.Overall, I think the pros outweigh the cons. I love this printer and it’s perfect for my small business (nailz.by.cora @ instagram)!5/5 stars from me!

Review: UPDATED: 2/14/24Seller shipped out a brand new one at no cost and so far seems to be working good. Software update came out recently and stays connected to WiFi now too. Still not an option to print directly from Pirateship. Can’t even feed it out this time or take apart. Not a fault of labels laying properly. Something internal causing a hang up. Now I have to buy a new printer. Don’t recommend. You also cannot print directly from Pirateship like with other printers.

Review: While I have found the Omezizy D520BT to be an excellent home office shipping label printer, it could also easily handle a small scale shipping department. The printer is slightly larger than expected from its online pictures but it fits nicely on a desk or prep area. The printer accepts both roll based labels and flat accordion fed labels allowing many possibilities for label sizes and types. Set up was quick and easy–I was printing labels in minutes, I use the bluetooth connection and print from my connected phone but this printer also supports USB connections directly to a computer. The software recognizes and prints PDF versions of standard 4×6 shipping labels available from most shipping retailers making quick printing of postage paid shipping labels a breeze. This thermal printer is fast, accurate, and produces high-quality prints. The label loading is also intuitive and easy. I highly recommend this printer for your shipping or other label needs.
