Review: There is no way to make buttercream with it and even if whipping something soft turns of after 10 minutes automatically due to overheating. But for small little jobs is perfect.

Review: Nothing remarkably good about it (though seven different speeds is several more than I’ve had before, and the beaters go in and out smoothly [a novelty for me!]). Nothing bad about it. Does what you want this sort of kitchen mixer to do. (So far only one batch of Hollandaise sauce – but that’s a fairly good ‘test run’.)
