Review: 5stars for the returns policy, 1star for the product sadly. Used just once and it dried out my hair, l am now using other products to try to improve this but l know from past experience that the only solution will be to cut off the damage. No problems returning for a refund.

Review: I ordered this product for a 2nd time as I liked the fact that it is free of additives and hair seems after using it ok. However I was very disappointed that it is shrinking in size and I really hope that their claim of 200mls of this very expensive liquid (plus delivery charge on the top) is correct (see the photos). If I’m mistaken I apologise in advance. Will be looking for a new product with a bit bigger quantity and better price.
