Title: A Lovely Micellar Water That Cleanses & Cares For Skin – My New Favourite!
Review: This is a decent size bottle at 400ml. It has a screw top, which I much prefer over flip-tops for security especially if travelling with it. It’s an interesting one for micellar water too as it combines with serum. Enriched with an amino acid complex, panthenol and squalane, it’sdesigned to be more effective at cleansing and caring for skin. Despite being more active with serum included, it’s supposed to be good for sensitive skin and it’s dermatologist tested for skin and eyes.You use this as any other micellar water, just putting some onto a cotton pad then gently wiping it over your face. The only slight difference is you do need to shake this one before use. The liquid shows as clearer underneath with a top layer of blue, so shaking mixes both phases together. This one does go over really nicely with no dragging.I have found that my skin feels really soft when using this, and I’d not expected that. It does cleanse well and removes traces of concealer without any problems. I can’t comment on make-up removal aside from concealer as that’s all I’ve been using. I like that it cleanses and cleans my skin while helping to “regenerate” and lock in moisture, so it has a benefit over basic micellar waters. My skin doesn’t feel particularly dry after use either. I usually find my skin feels noticeably dry and tight after cleansing, including with micellar, so this my skin has fared better with this Nivea one. I’ve had no problems with it at all in fact, no side-effects or irritation, so it seems fairly gentle.All in all, I’m really happy with this. I’ve stuck with the same micellar water from a different brand for a while now and I wish I’d tried something else sooner. This one works nicely, leaves my skin really refreshed yet soft, and I prefer the twist-top format.

Title: Gentle and reliable cleansing water
Review: Nivea is one of my most used brands for face care, so I was keen to try this serum infused micellar water – and it’s predictably reliable.As with other “infused” cleansers, you have to shake to mix. There doesn’t seem to be a huge amount of the oily, serum part, so I’m wondering whether I’ll get to the end of the bottle and just have micellar water left over. This has happened to me with other brands, but only time will tell!I’ve used this a few times now and am pleased with the size of the bottle. I like the smaller opening, too – you squeeze out however much you need, rather than loads sloshing (or spilling!) out. I do find I need to apply a couple of applications for my whole face, however.It’s a good product, though feels slightly pricey, even with the larger size. I tend to use my serums separately, so the higher price doesn’t feel entirely convincing. That said, it’s undeniably soft and silky on the skin.

Title: Clean feeling
Review: Firstly, I’m not a fan of the look of the bottle, it just doesn’t look nice on my dressing table, I think it has the look of a mouthwash bottle. That said there is something about the shape of the bottle that makes it easy to squeeze out the right amount of product onto the cotton pad.This Serum infused micellar water comes in two distinct phases. The bottle needs to be shaken before using to mix up the two phases and needs to be poured onto the cotton pad straight after mixing as it starts to separate back into two phases pretty quickly. Wipe soaked cotton pad over face including around the eye area and you are done, no need to wash off. Contains panthenol and squalane which will help moisturise the face.The micellar water promises to gently remove waterproof makeup, I can’t comment on this I don’t wear waterproof makeup. It cleans makeup and general grime off my face yet feels like water. I normally use a micellar water with the pink lid by the brand beginning with the letter G, a couple of years ago they changed their formula and since then it feels slightly soapy. In contrast this just feels like water and nice and clean. Another plus is this is fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin. I think I’ve been converted also the price of £8 for a big 400ml bottle is worth it.
