Title: Excellent keyboard
Review: The keyboard is great, feels quite sturdy and has some cool features like the ability to unfold the wrist rest to cover the keyboard when not in use or transport or what have ya.
My only complaint is thanks to my own mistake – the key switch.
I got blue switches, and they’re very loud and feel good, and I can see their appeal but they’re quiiite loud. I would’ve preferred something a bit quieter, but ultimately it’s my fault for not researching a bit more.
I’d definitely recommend this keyboard especially for the price.

Title: GM101 mechanical keyboard review
Review: The problem is all the Newman products are reviewed together, making an informed decision hard to make.
The GM101 is actually a nice keyboard to use, I like the backlight.
However as others have notes they key clicks are very noisy due to the way it’s mounted to the metal back plate. The keyboard is not UK so the @ sign is not where it should be. It also swapped keys around when gaming. Most noticeable in cyberpunk 2077, I kept hanging up on calls instead of accepting them. Thought I was going mad at first, but no it’s the keyboard.
Final straw is when the keyboard would cut out at random. This would take a while to resolve and involved unplugging it from the USB and then plugging it back in.
I wanted to like the keyboard as there’s plenty to like. Close but no cigar.

Review: This is my first ever mechanical keyboard and I cannot emphasise on how much I love the typing experience on this. Coming from a fairly thin keyboard, the key travel seemed a bit much initially but it’s so so satisfying and I don’t think I could now go back. Love the extra lighting features and keyboard functions but it’s the typing experience, and I do a lot of typing on daily basis. The only drawback would be the noise, it makes a lot of noise which I personally love but my wife hates it. Lol. So beware of that before going in for it.

Review: The keyboard looked in.a decent quality, very sturdy keys. I like the feeling to tap the keys. The light probably attracts more to the gaming person, my son loves it.
for the weight and size, it is a good device to use at home other than taking out.

Title: It works but…
Review: The LEDs are cool, the keys feel like they are well made and the protective cover that turns into a wrist rest is actually a pretty cool feature that I like, unfortunately the main drawback to this keyboard is it echoes.
Whenever you press a key, the metal chassis makes an audible metallic clang, not the key presses themselves (though they are definitely audible but this is a mechanical keyboard after all…) but the chassis of the keyboard makes an echo whenever pressed, meaning there is a lot of empty space just not being used inside. I was hoping this would be something I could overlook but sadly it happens with literally every single key press and is noticeable to the point of being more distracting than the LEDs flashing at you.

Title: Software does not load and is not secure
Review: Keyboard seemed fine. Spend 6 hours trying to load software. Normally keyboards are plug and play. Whatever I tried driver would not work so keyboard would not work at all. kept getting warnings that Newmen website was not secure. This keyboard should not be sold in UK by anyone.
