Title: Retinol during the day?!
Review: Really cool cream that brings retinol into the day.normally you wouldn’t use retinols during the day because the ingredient is photosensitive so it’ll break down in sunlight and become inactive. However, this has been formulated in a way that it works during the day. My only drawback is spf 15 is not enough so I’d have liked to see spf 30-50 minimum. Works well under my usual spf 50 sun cream so no complaints there.

Title: Neutrogena Day Moisturiser with SPF – Good Quality Ingredients & Very Hydrating
Review: This 50ml container of day moisturiser by Neutrogena arrived in a nice branded cardboard box and is contained within a grey glass pump dispensing bottle. The white cream moisturiser has a nice lightweight texture which is ideal for use on your face and suitable to wear underneath makeup. It is easy to apply whilst absorbing quickly and has a nice consistency.You don’t need to use a lot and it is suggested that you use it once daily. I found that two pumps of the dispenser were ideal for covering both my face and neck and it was easy to massage into my skin. If you haven’t used retinol before you will need to phase the use of retinol into your skincare routine to avoid sensitivity. The product suggests that you use the cream twice a week to begin with and then every other day for about three weeks before using daily.The cream contains pure retinol (vitamin A) which increases collagen production to stimulate skin cell renewal which reduces fine lines and smooth the texture of your skin, hyaluronic acid which moisturises plumps and hydrates and Myrtus plant extract which boosts the retinol effectiveness. This trio of ingredients provides an effective anti-ageing solution and I love the fact that it also includes an SPF of 15 to help protect your skin.The cream doesn’t leave a greasy / oily finish and it hasn’t caused any adverse reactions by using it and I found the moisturiser very hydrating leaving my skin feeling very nourished with my skin appearing less dull. Priced £12.24 at the time of reviewing, I think this is a good price for a retinol product and would definitely recommend it.

Review: This day cream with retinol helps to speed up the production of collagen in your skin, over time this will help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and give your face a smoother texture and a more radiant glow.Due to the retinol content, it is advised to start off using it 2-3 times a week and once you know your skin can tolerate it you can increase the usage to daily.I have been using this cream for a couple of weeks now and my skin is feeling lovely and smooth. I feel like the dark circles around my eyes have also reduced.I love that this cream also has an SPF of 15 as it means I don’t have to add in a sun protection cream under my make-up too. Obviously, if it’s super hot and I know I’ll be in the sun I will add in extra sun protection.You only need a small pump of this cream as a little goes a long way, so this 50ml bottle should last me a long time. The current price of £12.24 is very reasonable for such a good quality day cream from a well-known brand like Neutrogena.This type of cream is a must in my daily skincare routine, especially now I’m 40!

Title: Lovely
Review: I always love Neutrogena skin care products and so happy to try this. Used for about 2 weeks now after my morning cleansing routine and I love it. The product is white and has light consistensy so absorption is really quick especially on my dry skin. Easy to apply and dispense- I squeeze it right on my forehead and cheeks and spread with my finger tips. Amazing how 1-3 tiny drops covers the whole of my face and neck. It spreads really well. I use it after my favourite serum. So lightweight. Skin feels soft and lovely instantly. Will be using this hoping to help reduce and avoid dark pigmentation. Great that it has SPF so I don’t worry about extended exposure when I am not wearing a proper sun block.

Title: Decent cream it seems…
Review: So I wasn’t the ultimate recipient of this cream, to me its all moisturiser and nothing more, it just comes in different bottles and wildly different prices. I can honestly not see a difference between using something as eye wateringly pricey as La Mer and something like Dove.However, this wasn’t for me, it was for someone who is in the know about these things, and according to her, this cream goes on easily. It isn’t too oily, or oily at all, and is readily absorbed by the skin, leaving it smooth and fresh feeling. There’s also no weird smell.A little squirt goes a long way.
