Title: Nice bit of kit….
Review: I’d tried cheaper projectors and unfortunately had to return them due to poor picture quality. This one straight out of the box was different. Packaging, an actual manual with quick start guide and a quality feel. Picture and sound quality are excellent. Menu items are clear and obviously written properly, not generic like cheaper alternatives. Some issues connecting to the apps with network errors but I connect via Sky Q and it’s faultless. Great sound, picture quality and set up. Pay the extra and avoid the cheapos!

Title: Surprisingly good!
Review: Bought for my son to use in his room when he was short of ideas for christmas. It’s obviously not an £800 4k projector, but I’ve Ben ry surprised with how good the picture is. We have it connected to a firestick and external speakers and it’s doing a very decent job of a home cinema. He loves it for gaming. It’s also quite a good looking bit of kit. Works well enough in the day with curtains closed, bit is very bright and clear after dark. For the money I would really recommend.

Title: Good enough picture quality. Terrible software.
Review: I’d class this as a solid mid-tier projector. Obviously not as grand as those ones in the high £££’s to ££££’s, but its absolutely better than those trash ones you see advertised for ££’s.The picture quality is decent and perfectly fine for watching 1080p movies and gaming. Though the brightness isn’t the best out of the box. I’ve had to up the brightness/contrast of my connected media devices (in addition to the projector itself) in order to make out darker shades at all. This isn’t a big issue though as once you do it, it’s done and media looks fine.The included android software however is utter terrible. Frequent slowdowns and pauses, missed button presses or double presses. Occasional bug, such as switching from a lower case to an upper case letter on the onscreen keyboard automatically typing an “O” without my input.Included app store is lackluster so I would recommend installing only the file manager, and then sideloading what apps you need via USB.Speakers are as bad as you’d expect, though I imagine everyone using this long-term will have external audio source so really it’s not an issue. I use a sound bar with it via Bluetooth and it works a treat.

Title: Easy to use and does what ot says on the tin
Review: I received our new projector today and was really pleased, out of the box it was easy to use and simple to connect to netflix and the picture is great. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that it plays background music that we can’t seem to turn off and it’s driving me a bit crackers !! If anyone knows how to do it I would be delighted if they could tell me.

Title: Great value for money
Review: This product is amazing! I decided to get a projector as I didn’t want a big tv taking up all the space in my bedroom. I got a desk mounted tripod and simply attached to my bed frame to watch my fire stick and the results really did amaze me! For what you pay the picture quality is great, although when it’s a dark scene of whatever you’re watching seems to be hard to see if it’s not completely dark but I also haven’t had chance to play around with the colour settings. You could pay up to £800 for this sort of projector so it’s an absolute hidden gem.

Review:  Set up was easy if you’re familiar with the Android OS, especially if you have an Android TV (which I do). Works great in the dark, as all projectors do. I did noticed that the sound was low, but I saw that the seller actually addresses this on the product page itself – after figuring it out, when I was on Android TV mode, I was able to raise the volume to 100, and it sounded decent. If you have speakers, you can pair it with Bluetooth, which I also have. It’s small and sturdy… I know because I was sitting on my porch and dropped this on to concrete right out of the box, and there was absolutely no damage at all. Even the remote reminds me of my Android smart TV. The streaming apps work the same way, you can install an app from the Google Play store, and there’s pre-installed apps already too.

Review: In the world of under $300 LED projectors the consumer is definitely winning. As I write this, *native* 1080p is becoming the standard (many with 4k downscaling) –settle for nothing less, and brightness and sharpness keep getting better. Wait a year and things will be even better. But if you’re not ready to wait you’ll find this projector fits a certain niche very nicely. That niche is an under ten feet projection distance with a reasonably (but not exceptionally so) bright picture, good sharpness and a host of options that should keep most people happy. Those options include automatic vertical (digital) keystone correction that maintains image quality, manual digital keystone correction both vertically and horizontally, a good range of zooming, image rotation, and unusual in my experience: the option to set color temperature at the separate RGB level. This last feature is not documented on this site or in the user manual. I discovered it just by trying button sequences on the remote.I’d limit expected use of this projector to about ten feet, preferably a little less, because it’s not as bright as many I’m seeing these days. It’s rated at 150 ANSI lumens (Not to be compared directly with “lumens” alone, where claims are currently hitting 12,000). The first picture I’ve attached is the image projected by this projector on the left, and that of a claimed 700 ANSI lumens competitor on the right. It’s easy to see that the 700 is much brighter for the same size image. The projectors were about nine feet from the wall. Today the 700 projector costs more than twice as much (and includes Android 9.0 with its advantages/disadvantages). Pay more, get more, if you shop carefully. But I repeat, this projector is fully capable of giving you a decent image at under ten feet.I got this projector in large part because of its digital keystone correction. As I write, this capability is beginning to appear in under $150 projectors. I need the broader range (+/- 30 degrees or more, vertical and horizontal) that digital keystone correction provides, over the +/-15 degrees vertical only provided by optical correction that also gives very unsatisfying results in all the projectors I’ve analyzed. The corrected images remain sharp even with significant degrees of correction. And the vertical correction is done automatically, and it works very well.I’ve included pictures of some of the options screens so you can see the range of options available to you.Things that could be improved: -*– The remote needs to be aimed carefully at the back of the projector (no front IR sensor) and it can miss button presses on occasion if your aim isn’t close enough. -*– There’s no lens cap. -*– There’s no case.I have not tested any of the casting (WiFi or Bluetooth) options. I have no need for them. I’ll be using direct HDMI connection, which does work fine.*In its limited range niche*, this is a five star projector, but again, beware it’s not the brightest amongst its competitors. Its size, the convenient handle, and the useful range in a smaller setting make this a good deal at its price point.

Review:  Ich bin echt begeistert von dem kleinen D2 Pro Beamer.Vorher hatte ich schon eine Menge unterschiedlicher Geräte privat und auch dienstlich.Die Größe des D2 Pro ist echt toll. Sehr handlich und lässt sich leicht transportieren.Dank Gewinde kann man ihn auf Standard Stative befestigen und das Bild ist selbst bei Tageslicht noch OK.Im komplett abgedunkelten Raum ist das Bild richtig gut und das selbst im direkten Vergleich zu meinem FullHD OLED von LG (siehe Video).Ein Youtube 4K HDR 60 FPS Video spielt das eingebaute Android TV problemlos und es sieht richtig gut aus (auch wenn es natürlich auf 1080p herunterscaliert ist).Was man mit dem D2 Pro Beamer u.A. bekommt:Full HD mit HDR Unterstützung, Android TV und Google Play Store (somit kann man das Gerät Stand Alone verwenden), sehr kleines, leichtes Format und überraschend leise.Da der Beamer für den Preis natürlich nicht perfekt ist, ein paar Dinge, die man hier nicht bekommt:eingebauter Akku (damit wäre er Unterwegs auch ohne Stromanschluss verwendbar), Lens Shift und optischen Zoom (um unabhängiger bei der Positionierung zu sein)Mich stören die fehlenden Funktionen allerdings nicht, denn man bekommt für den Preis ein echt tolles Gerät.Ich hoffe diese Rezension ist für jemanden hilfreich.

Review:  Habe mir 2 Geräte bestellt, nach einem schlauen Tipp.Das andere Gerät fast baugleich, ist wirklich störend laut.Durch die Menüführung wurde ich getragen, verbunden hat sich irgendwie alles von alleine! Also ganz klare Kaufempfehlung für das Geld, da kaufe ich mir noch ein Packerl AAA Batterien und ein ordentliches HDMI Kabel ( das nicht mitgeliefert wird, weil sich alles ohne verbindet 😅) und meinem Xiaomi 5 Pad erkennt den Adapter zum HDMI Kabel sowieso nicht (spiegelt halt mit miniminimaler Verzögerung!Es ist wirklich schön etwas empfehlen zu können, war die ganze Nacht wach wie damals als die Beleuchtung für den Game Boy raus Kamm.Da auch der Vergleich wie schön das Bild sein kann, wenn Lampe an und Morgenlicht. Viel Spaß damit
