Title: Impressive for the money
Review: Bought when on offer but would be worth the money if full price. Very impressive stick blender, easy to clean, useful accessories, impressive results, feels like a quality item when using for everything from mayonnaise, to soups and hummus. The jar that comes with it is also very useful, with a lid that becomes a non-slip base. Pleased to have found this.

Title: A bit disappointed
Review: I’ve had the old red one, bought in 2017, which still functions perfectly, but I gave it to my mum so I got this one instead. It is not as heavy as the old one but not as strong either. Also, the other one had some sort of metal cover but this one is covered in plastic.

Title: Sturdy, simple hand blender with a metal head attachment
Review: During the winter, my wife and I cook soups for supper several times a week. In the past, we used hand blenders with plastic head attachments, but we found that they quickly become deformed when blending hot soup. We bought our first of these hand blenders four years ago and never had a problem with it until recently, when one of the small parts inside the attachment came loose due to many years of regular use. Unfortunately, Morphy Richards’ doesn’t do spares of the attachment for this hand blender, so we had to buy a complete new unit. However, given how much we use it and how long the original one lasted us, it was a no-brainer to buy the same unit again. It doesn’t have any other attachments, but we’d use a jug blender/food processor for anything else anyway. Highly recommended.

Title: Broke after minimal use
Review: Have only used this a handful of times and just stopped working. As it was over 6 month from order (8 months) Amazon support centre instructed me to contact Morphy Richards. After emailing MR say contact amazon. So far unable to get a resolution. Don’t buy this product or try to return if broken.

Title: Amazing but does not last long!
Review: While a bit noisy I loved this, I even bought a 2nd one when the first broke, sadly the second one broke within six months. The actual body of the blender breaks where the blade attaches so when buying the 2nd i was careful when attaching. As I said the second one broke and I am now searching for one that is of better quality, wish they made it stronger, maybe they just want it to last a short time so you buy another as when it works it really is a good piece of kit and does everything you could ask of it, used it to make soup and it quickly mashes the veg, used it to whisk cream and does 600ml of double cream in a few minutes, just invaluable and i often find myself reaching for it. I have been looking at others and am tempted to go for one with holes in the side around the blade as I read it can be used to mash potatoes rather quickly, and who does not like silky smooth mash potatoes. I used the container to keep all the attachments and it takes up no space. Perfect design to stop most splattering, I paid 19 pounds for mine and do not know how they justify a price increase.
