These super soft and durable window curtains use a special triple weave technology. The opaque black yarns are woven between the two coloured yarns to ensure the curtains have at least 80% shading capability (darker coloured curtains work better). Our blackout curtains have the same colour on both sides. The material is pleasantly soft and drapes well

You will receive two pieces of opaque curtains in grey, each measuring 137 cm high and 132 cm wide. To achieve a beautiful pleated effect when closing the curtains, the total width of the curtains should be more than twice the width of the window. The curtains should be longer than the distance from the curtain rod to the bottom of the window. If you prefer a hanging effect where the curtains touch the floor, you can choose longer curtains
Blackout curtains can be washed cold in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. You can iron them at a low temperature before hanging to remove the creases caused by the packing, or you can wash and hang them straight away. Curtain length stated in the product description includes the eyelet area at the top of the curtain. Please measure the width and height of the window in advance to achieve the desired decorative and functional effect

Title: The perfect length
Review: I was really impressed with the size choices. I moved earlier this year and in my previous home I needed full length drop but in my new home they covered the radiator so not suitable for winter. I managed to get the perfect drop for my window. The material is really soft and the black out the street light outside my house.

Title: Nice curtain
Review: This is a really nice curtain – the fabric is soft and quite heavy but not overly so. The blackout feature is good but doesn’t block out all the light at my window but that’s because they are not flush to the wall but it works for me and reduces the light considerably. At £18.99 (at time of review) for one curtain, I think this is a little expensive but then, I’m a bit of a cheapskate!!

Review: Really pleased with these curtains! They arrived well-packaged, all neat and tidy with no creases or damage, so they looked great straight out of the box. The material feels nice and solid, but they’re not too heavy, so they were easy to hang up. They do a brilliant job of keeping the light out – perfect for those lazy mornings or if you want a bit of privacy in the evening. Look lovely in the room and make it feel that bit more cosy. Great buy if you’re after quality curtains that do the job and look the part!
