Review: I waited patiently for this and read all instructions only to end up burn on both hands. The end cap isn’t heatproof. That was my first burn. The second is when you push to wind hair and the whole thing turns so you are trying to find the unclip handle on a hot tong in reverse as your obviously looking in mirror . Second ,third and fourth burn. Even the tong rest has moved and trying to do anything os ridiculously gard. The whole thing is badly designed and even trying to find the wind button for next strip of hair gave me my 5th burn. You are searching for the correct button on a panel that has moved . I ended up winding my hair by hand and ignoring the buttons to wind left or right. The end cap gets very hot during styling and the amount of times I still tried to hold tongs safely so not to burn my face and got burnt each time. It says the end cap is heat proof, it isn’t ! Badly designed and not for beginners. Even being a pro at tonging my hair I still got burnt numerous times. So if you want a tong that turns your hair left or right for you don’t buy this one. I’m so disappointed as the reviews were good and I should of known just by looking at them they were dangerous. If you want to tong your hair manually these tongs are a good size snd does give a very nice curl but don’t use the einder unless you have a heatproof glove on. I hate leaving bad reviews but the thought of someone using this styler without much experience they will get burnt. No doubt about it and it might be their face or scalp instead of just my fingers. 5 burns I one session using sectioned hair is just too much.

Review: Brought as it was for short hair, the barrel was very big ,not easy to use without burning your hands and scalp got hot very quickly too hot even on the lower temperature. Main issue was with the heat and difficulty of use with out burning yourself
