Title: It’s good provided you calibrate your expectation
Review: There is one thing for sure, and that is a microwave is not a grill and is generally not designed to make things crispy.
At work we have no grill or oven due to health and safety regulations but have a couple of microwaves. Often we fancy something like a cheese toastie but don’t have the facility to make such.
This product overcomes that problem by allowing you to toast an item in the microwave. As long as you don’t have the same expectation of an item that would come out of a full blown grill then this is really good. It does take much more cooking time than shown in the instructions so just be aware that to get something that is toasted requires at least five minutes in a basic 800 W microwave. Once the plates have heated up after the first go you do tend to get better results. Be aware it gets very very hot in use so does require oven gloves to be used.

Review: Easy to use to cook toasted sarnies in the microwave. Can also use ir to cook food like fish fingers without needing a grill or oven. The sandwiches can be made thicker as the straps expand at the side. It worked well in the air fryer too. It was easy to wash after use & didn’t leave food mess in microwave or air fryer. Great way to save electric & smaller to store than a sandwich toasting machine..

Review: So easy to make. No difficulty of cleaning as everything comes apart so easily. The silicone removes from the heating plate for simple washing up in the washing up bowl.
We made toasties in our air frier, only difference would have liked the outside more crunchy so popped on the griddle for approx 30 seconds each side.
Perfect for one person. We had to wait for the second to cook. Would have cooked quicker in the microwave than airfrier.
Certainly happy with it. Brings back memories at a fraction of the cost and removes all the stress
