Title: Great quality mouse
Review: This mouse is available in various colours and designer patterns. This variant is a brilliant gloss red colour. Interestingly, many of the designer versions are actually cheaper than the plain colours – are they less popular? The USB dongle is nano-sized and plugs into the base of the mouse for storage. The mouse uses a single AA battery and is supplied with a Duracell AA cell so you can use it right away. 1.2v rechargeable AAs also work fine. Unlike my older 3000 mouse which used a red LED, this mouse uses a blue light for tracking. I can’t say it’s any better but it works fine on my wood desk without a mouse mat. This 3500 mouse is also slightly more compact than the 3000 series.Basic installation on a Windows XP machine is easy – just plug the dongle into a spare USB slot, and Windows will automatically load drivers. If you want to use it as a standard 2 button / scroll wheel mouse, that is all you need to do. For more advanced users, you can download MS Intellipoint software from the MS website (do a web search for “Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Intellipoint”). This software will let you control advanced features and reassign buttons etc.To summarise – a product which works as it should, appears well built and is from a reputable company. At £10 or less, it’s a bargain!

Title: Supermouse!
Review: A fantastic bit of kit at a reasonable price. Slightly smaller than the usual Microsoft USB mouse I have been using but much more precise and far easier to move around a big screen. I bought it to use with a laptop but have been so pleased with it that I use this one on the PC and have ordered another for the laptop. Works well on any surface and has more than enough range to work on wi-fi. Simple to set up – a matter of seconds – just plug in the adapter to any USB port and switch the mouse on. This model – the 3500 seems to be getting better reviews than others which is why I selected it – good decision!

Title: Overall a good design, unfortunately the wheel is the ‘click’ notched type
Review: Batteries hard to replace – and the wheel is notchy clicker style.Good looking, especially if colour coordinated to your desktop or laptop computer as this version is white. Nice smooth action on screen. Cheap device but feels decent quality.Battery cover is easy to remove but secure during use.The big problem will all the Microsoft mouse battery compartments I have owned, is they make it real hard to get the battery out. This 3500 model has the same problem. It is shipped with a Duracel AA – these are good quality batteries and are relatively small length and diameter that just qualifies as an AA form factor.BUT, try to get batteries out with out a tool and you are stuck. You can’t literally hit it hard enough to shake the battery out.I prefer to use rechargeable batteries with a high capacity & low loss suitable for use in mice. These batteries are slightly larger than the ideal AA form factor. You save the planet, use less toxic chems yada, yada. BUT – Microsoft’s battery compartments as far as my experience over the last 20 years goes – are all too SMALL.Here’s my message to Microsoft – Get a perspective on user ergonomics and our planets future. Build better battery compartments.Apart from that whinge it is a great little mouse.

Title: Small and easy to use.
Review: The mouse is smaller than I had expected and didn’t come in retail packing (just a brown box) – supplied with battery. The mouse works well in hand and is very responsive. Design wise it is well thought out you can store the wireless receiver I’m the mouse which is handy. There is a power switch on the bottom of the mouse so no problems with it turning on by accident. All in all good value of a small wireless mouse.

Title: Lightweight and robust (drop-proof!) mobile mouse
Review: Bought this for remote working from a Mac, and I’ve been pleasantly surprisedThe mouse is very lightweight and tiny, but fits comfortably in an average-sized hand. It seems to work on most surfaces, from a wooden table to the arm of a soft, with no jumping whatsoever. It also has a convenient slot inside the battery cover to stow the USB dongle (which when inserted into the USB slot protrudes only a few millimeters).Best of all, despite its light weight, it’s very robust. I dropped it on my kitchen floor from 4 ft and, despite smashing noisily against the tiles skidding dramatically into the skirting board, the mouse seems to have suffered no ill effects whatsoever. For something which will usually be used on-the-go, it’s good to know that it can handle being thrown about a bit!

Title: These mice have a good battery life.
Review: I can’t compare these to other branded wireless mice but compared to a cheap unbranded wireless mouse I own, this one more than doubles (trebles?) the battery life. Okay that may be because it uses an AA battery instead of a AAA one but you know what – I like the extra battery capacity and the mouse is still smaller than the AAA powered one! This one fits may hand – which isn’t large (for a man). I find it comfortable during a whole day in the office. It’s a little taller (in the middle of the hump) than my other wireless mice and that works for me. Your mileage will vary.Mouse-clicks are positive but fairly quiet. The scroll is accurate and consistent. My oldest one of these now 3 years old.The really big plus point with these is the laser. You can pick this up and hover it half a cm. above a surface and it still works, moving the mouse around on the screen in a controllable manner. This makes it great for using on textile sofas and other unusual surfaces! This is the 3rd one I own and it’s still our “go-to” wireless mouse model.

Title: It’s OK
Review: This mouse is OK. It does what it is intended to do, but is a little too small for my liking. The original image did not really convey the size of the mouse, which would have been useful. Having said that, it works reasonably well, though occasionally losing connection with the USB dongle, which can be frustrating, hence the three stars.Nevertheless, the battery life does appear to be very good, lasting well in excess of three to six months, depending on the length of time I charge the battery (I use older rechargeables which are getting on a bit).

Review: Zeer fijne muis. Hij is net iets zwaarder en bol. Daardoor ligt hij fijn in de hand. Hij werkt op vele ondergronden en het scrolwieltje werkt prettig.
