Review: Not a lot to dislike. Bought this for coverage to my summerhouse having used wifi extenders still very poor coverage. I went for this mesh system.So glad I did gone from 1 bar to5 bars and no loss in download speed I can now use my quest3 with the doors closed and no lagging.Well deserved 5 stars

Title: Huge boost for high speed internet
Review: I already had a mesh setup with the tp-link P9’s which are really good but I was struggling to get stable bandwidth at the furthest corner of the house, where my office happens to be. The P9’s also couldn’t really help be get the best from the VM Gig 1 service that I have. After some research I decided to go for a set of the X90’s and I am really glad I did. The increase in bandwidth through the whole house off just two well placed units is phenomenal. I have a lot of devices able to make use of WiFi 6 too which makes these units incredibly useful. I get over 800Mbps WiFi in the office now, and it’s stable where before I was flip flopping between 20 and 100, which still isn’t bad but was a bother sometimes on video calls.They are pricey but they do perform.The units are pretty large, about as high as 2 cans of coke and as wide as a can on its side.They are quite good looking units though so they wouldn’t be too obtrusive.The tp-link software is really good. Super easy to set up and manage, lots of handy information and notifications when new devices join your network. You can buy services to increase your security and there is the option to have the units act as the router or purely as the mesh extensions.I highly recommend these units if you have fast broadband and want to get the most out of it.

Title: I wish I’d invested in this system much earlier!
Review: Internet Service Providers never include good enough WiFi routers as standard, assuming of course, you expect top speed coverage beyond the room your router sits in. It’s well worth the heavy investment, if you require consistently high speeds throughout your property. Totally amazing for Zoom calls in the study, Sonos and HomePod speakers all over the house. TP-Link DECO X90 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System (2 Pack) are, in my view, the ONLY way forward! The solution for stability, reliability and getting what you pay your ISP for – great speeds, but in this case, all over your property! Genuinely a great investment and a no brainier! TP-Link Deco X90 rocks!

Title: Better than I expected
Review: Originally I was using the Deco P7, and when we had FTTC, it was enabling us to get full speed (45mb/s at the time) downstairs in the living room. Our main router is upstairs in the office and the wifi wasn’t good enough on its own. Recently we upgraded to FTTP, so full speed is now 900mb/s, and I was wondering if the Deco would still be able to handle this downstairs. Unfortunately the answer was no – we were still getting 50-60mb/s so a slight improvement but nowhere near the full 900. I tried moving the Decos around to see if there was a sweet spot that would improve the backhaul, but in most cases I only made it worse.I read up on Wifi 6, how it’s supposed to be a stronger and faster signal, so I took a gamble on the X90. I honestly expected I’d have to send them back as I was expecting to see barely any difference, but I was pleasantly surprised – after I set up the main unit I was already getting above 200 mb/s downstairs even without the satellite. When I set up the second unit downstairs, I was getting about 450mb/s when downloading games on the Xbox hooked up via ethernet to the satellite. So not full speed, but a huge improvement on the original Decos. And to be fair this is a signal going between floors and through a very thick exterior wall.Apparently other Wifi 6 systems do perform better, but I took a chance on the Deco simply because I already had the P7, and I should be able to still use these with the new Decos to extend the signal to the garden.

Title: Solved my wifi problems
Review: I’ve got the two pack. It’s covered my house very well (large 5 bed).Finally got rid of the blasted extender.Works great. Wifi 6 good too. Speeds seem great. I’m a regular wifi user so no super intense gaming or 300 devices attached. Howevern streaming works great.I just wish it was a three pack.
