Why can’t I connect to the Bluetooth of the controller?

Turn off controller and Bluetooth on your phone (must do). Reboot the controller and then turn on your phone’s Bluetooth connection.

Why I can’t turn on the new controller?

Please fully charge the controller before use.

Can’t power on the controller after charging overnight.

While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still cantpower on the controller. Then, you need to press the RESETkey to reboot the controller.

Title: iPad Pro super handheld gaming!
Review: So far so good with this controller, fits my iPad Pro (12.9inch). Connected easily. Not as secure as say the Razer Kishi Ultra but holds on well enough.I’ve paired it with a comfy cushion iPad stand I also got on Amazon and it takes the weight of the iPad and lets me just hold the controller which is a pretty sweet setup. I’ve slid the controller down low to also allow access to the charging port so I don’t have to worry about running out of power whilst gaming (see photo) 👍
