Title: Look OK but not up to the job
Review: Firstly these are NOT dishwasher safe as advertised. The first time they went in the washer it stripped all the seal out of the wooden handles. Secondly they are flimsy feeling and I would suspect that they would soon break if used commercially. They may be OK for occasional home use but they are simply not up to standard for commercial use. I sent mine back.
