This MasterClass non-stick springform cake tin takes the hassle out of baking perfectly formed sponge and fruit cakes. Made of commercial-grade carbon steel with a reinforced non-stick coating and loose base, it’s designed to provide great results again and again.

The cake pan measures 23 cm (9 inches) across, and 7 cm (3 inches) deep. At this size, it’s a good all-rounder – as well as being perfect for sponge and fruit cakes, it’s also fantastic for baking cheesecakes, or individual tiers for a wedding cake.

Quantum II non-stick coating is 100 per cent BPA, PTFE and PFOA-free. Fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. Really easy to clean by hand. Heat safe to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
