Title: Does that exactly as I wanted
Review: I actually bought this grill pan to use under a grill rather than on a hob, although it works well in both circumstances. I use a grill frequently and got fed up with cleaning a normal mesh grill pan out. This works much better for me and is much easier to keep clean and also to inspect whilst using. Surprisingly enough the metal handle doesn’t pickup and conduct the heat from the grill as I expected it might do. Overall therefore I’m very satisfied.
