Review: Excellent for chopping veg .. not particularly thick but lightweight enough to handle easily and heavy enough to stay reasonable stable. Not sure about the very small one but nice for a piece of cheese perhaps , or a fancily served desert…

Title: Terrible Quality, splintering after one use.
Review: DO NOT BUY.I was surprised by the poor quality of this chopping board. I’ve literally cut 3 things on it and then seen the corner is splintering away from the board. I was hoping to replace an older one that is slightly splitting after several years, for this one to start doing essentially the same thing in 5 minutes is really trash. Don’t buy this.

Review:  C’est de loin la meilleure que j’ai pu avoir. J’aime beaucoup les planches à découper en bois ou en bambou mais elles ne restent pas suffisamment à l’eau et aux coups de couteau etc. J’utilise des couteau japonais et celle ci ne bouge pas d’un pouce, on voit à peine les coups de couteau. Elle est très épaisse et résiste bien à l’eau, elle est facile à nettoyer et suffisamment grande pour préparer du poisson.Son plus est clairement le bord qui permet de bloquer la planche contre le plan de travail elle ne bouge pas et permet d’éviter les coupures. Elle est très solide et a un bon maintien sur l’espace de travail.La meilleure planche que j’ai pu tester, elle est plus cher mais ça vaut vraiment le coup.
