Title: A chopping dream
Review: During lockdown I’ve discovered I can cook. The problem is I hate finely chopping ingredients. I’m no chef. So I said to the wife “I need a vegetable chopper†she said no. I said ok. So I bought this one anyway.As usual it came next day. That night I cooked up a storm chopping onions, garlic and even cheese with it.This thing is amazing 5 easy pulls and it’s very finely chopped. I cleaned it in seconds and put it away.The wife found it, uh oh. Never said much but used it to chop cheddar. She absolutely loved it.so I got away with one there.So to summarise it’s bloody brilliant chops quick effectively and almost without effort. It’s not that big so a large onion you will have to cut into 1/4sBut one if if your not allowed. You won’t regret it.

Review: This is a great low-tech chop box. I use it for chopping chillies so that my fingers don’t get covered in chilli juice, which I then accidentally put in my eye. Be very careful though, the blades are unbelievably sharp!

Title: Excellent for soft vegetables
Review: I like this product, easy to use and clean, I have cut up, peppers, onions carrots and cheese with it. I found if I sliced the carrot across the width as I would normally cut carrots then put them into the cutter to cut them smaller it worked better than trying to cut bigger pieces. However it cut through the peppers and onions relatively easily as long as the pieces aren’t too big and I didn’t put too much in at once. Word of warning, if washing the unit by hand, go careful as the blades are extremely sharp. I would recommend this product

Review: Tolle, einfache Lösung für mein Problem, dass Gemüse, insbesondere Zwiebeln, bisher in diversen elektrischen Zerkleinerern zu Matsch gehäxelt wurden. Prima altmodische Technik, die je nach manueller Bedienungsstärke tatsächlich Gemüsewürfel produziert. Die ganze Konstruktion ist simpel, etwas wackelig zwar, aber die Messerchen sind wirklich scharf, das Zugseil scheint robust und haltbar, ohne Strom und 100 Programme einfach zu bedienen und zu reinigen. Schöner old school Küchenhelfer. Selbst Nüsse werden ordentlich zerkleinert und nicht pulverisiert. Ich bin zufrieden und werde wieder einen solchen kaufen, falls dieser doch irgendwann hinüber ist, aber ich denke, das wird er nicht sobald sein. Lieferung und Preis- Leistung sind okay.

Review: I’ve been looking for the ideal chopper for years–but haven’t been able to find one that can chop really fine without making a mush out of it. Electric choppers are just too fast and powerful.This gadget has given exactly the right result with every single thing I’ve thrown into it (and it was so amusing that I ended up chopping everything I could come to think of…) and it manages to chop cabbage very finely (something that is usually massacred in electric choppers) for Baozi, without crushing it into a cabbage purée. The manual operation gives much better control for stopping at exactly the right moment.I HATE chopping by hand–even if I’m relatively effective–so I seldom have the patience to cook dishes that demand large quantities of finely chopped vegetables. Now I feel motivated again.Only downside is the small size of the container, though that’s probably one of the things that allow for precise control of the process.I love this thing!
