The DGA519Z features X-LOCK mechanism to allow for quick and easy wheel changes.

X-LOCK mechanism; install and remove X-LOCK wheels with a single action without a tool, easily removed by simply pulling up the lever.

The DGA519Z is equipped with Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT); to automatically change the cutting speed according to the load condition, Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT); to shut down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down and battery protection circuit; designed to automatically protect the battery from damages due to over-discharge, high temperature or overload current. The DGA519Z is not compatinble with G-Series batteries.

The DGA519Z Brushless Angle Grinder is powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included) with soft start for smooth start-ups and variable speed control for the user to match the speed to the application, to deliver up to 8,500 rpm for faster stock removal.

The DGA519Z is equipped with a safety paddle type switch, electric brake for increased operator safety, a side grip that conveniently installs on either side of the Angle Grinder, anti-restart function for increased operator safety to prevent the motor starting up when the battery is loaded with the switch locked on and removable dust covers.
