Makita is the leading manufacturer of professional power tools on the market. The CL108FDZ compact Vacuum Cleaner is powered by 10.8V or 12V Max Li-ion CXT slide type battery (not included), for high suction power, ideal for quick clean ups in the car or domestic property.

The CL108FDZ is a capsule type Vacuum Cleaner with bag-less 2 stage cloth filtration system. No need for dust bags.

The filter and pre-filter are washable in soapy water for repeated use.

The CL108FDZ has a touch button switch with 3 suction power settings for maximum, high and normal settings. The angled suction port allows for easy floor cleaning with the floor nozzle. Both floor and sash nozzles for a variety of applications are included. Sash nozzle for cleaning into corners and crevices of a car or furniture. LED job light to illuminate the work area.

Title: Keep it away from the wife or you will lose it!
Review: Bought to use in garage/workshop to save getting the big vac out every time I did a bit wood cutting, however “she who must be obeyed” insisted I tried it in the house first. It was great for getting into nooks & crannies with the small nozzle especially on the stairs where it removed all the dog hair trapped between the 90* angle on the stair. Very easy to clean & empty with most of what it picked up trapped on the filter. Heavy user on the battery however but using 4Ah gives enough run time for these small jobs.

Title: Ensure you are aware of what – or what does not – come in the package!
Review: It took me by surprise – I should have been more careful in reading what was included – or not – in the package. To me, the machine should be effectively ready to use, except that it came with no battery, and no charger for that battery. These I had to purchase separately and given the number and type of batteries that Makita make, a word – right up with the main description, instead of hidden away well down the page in the technical details – would have been most welcome. These are relatively minor details, because my wife is very happy indeed with the vacuum itself. If the sales details had been clearer, and easily understood, so that the buyer – no matter who – was fully aware, then I would have happily rated this 5-stars!

Title: Lightweight and very efficient
Review: Whilst we have a more powerful stick vacuum for the ground floor of the house – it’s the area that gets most traffic, therefore more to pick up – we bought another one of these for use in our static caravan (to save transporting a vacuum to clean up after our visits there) and, liking it so much, and being elderly, we decided to splash out and buy this for upstairs in the house so as to save dragging the heavier machine up and down stairs.

Review: Also mein Mann ist begeistert ABER ich (benutze das Teil mehrmals täglich) hab einiges auszusetzenZum ersten sind die Akkus die dafür sind unfassbar schnell leer zum anderen ist das echt blöd das wenn man das Teil einschaltet beginnt man Auf Saugstufe 2, drückt man erneut auf den Knopf gehts hoch auf Stufe 3 & dann runter auf 1 verstehe den sinn dahinter absolut nicht. Zum anderen hat es nicht mal ansatzweise meiner meinung nach eine gute saugkraft
