Review: With a new induction range, i needed to replace several non-compatible pieces. After searching around and reading reviews i figured i would give Made In a try. I’m so glad i did. These are some of the best pans i have used. Put them up against any high level brands. Stout without being heavy. Heat evenly. Quality all around. So good i went back and got the 3 qt version as well.

Review: If you ever have to stir or whisk ANTHING, the curved interior of a saucier makes things SO much easier. And I simply cannot say enough about the elegant simplicity of Made In’s long-handled, multi-clad design that provides even heating even on a crappy apartment electric stovetop. Though VERY high-priced for me, this perfect-for-two two quart saucier is reasonably priced via its competition. Made In fanboy.

Review: The original product box was beat up and taped, so I inspected the saucier pan and found the lid at the edge was bent a little. So the lid does not fit completely flat on the saucier pan. The saucier pan is looking good.

Review: I have been searching for the perfect saucier To make sauces, obviously, and roux. This is the total an are for me. Love it. Very well-made. Would buy again and would buy the larger size if these weren’t so expensive! This was a definite splurge for me.
