Review: I love this hair product, I have nothing negative to say about the product itself. BUT I am very upset by the way bottle is handled and shipped. I have ordered this product numerous times and 95 percent of the time the bottle arrives damaged. Just this week I have ordered and received this product twice and both times the bottle was cracked or the cap was broken/damaged causing the oil to leak out.This is unacceptable, and I have now found this exact same product in a store and it’s $10 dollars cheaper. So, never again will I waste time and money on ordering this item through Amazon.
