Review: I am a senior citizen and I found this steamer easy to assemble and use. My advice is just take your time when you swivel; it moves but is a little stiff. I had a floor that had been neglected for a while and the use of this steamer was a once and done situation…dirt gone…floor clean. I used it in the bathroom on the tiled floor; it was a great refresh. I am pleased with the results I got from this steamer. The price is right for this machine.

Review: Used it about a half dozen times, worked fair, steam was never powerful. Tried to steam a low pile rug and now it just spits steam barely! So frustrated, this was a terrible purchase, I received it at the end of September and now I get online to see I can’t even ask for them to take back this piece of junk.

Review: I expect to use this for cleaning my kitchen floor, I find it more time consuming than your normal mop because it’s just hot water, you cant add a cleaning agent. I did try to steam clean my carpet however you have to pour your cleaning agent on the carmaker then apply the steamer, I did notice a difference
