Review: I tried it the same day I received it, the barrel would not rotate either way. It made the noise that the barrel was trying to rotate but, it wouldn’t. I tried to replace the item and took the product back the same day. I received a notification that they had a supply problem and didn’t know when I would receive it. This was confusing because if you bought the product you received it the next day. They requested I ship it back in an envelope. Because I cut open the original envelope it came in to open it, I was forced to buy another Amazon envelope. The UPS store said they do this when they plan on reselling the item. I was flabbergasted. I went home and tried to get a refund instead. I had to call Amazon customer service to get my money placed back on my card that I purchased it with. Total waste of time on a product that didn’t even work!
