Title: The Best For Larder Storage!
Review: Simply the best still for great larder storage. Took a load of these out to the States years ago when relocating ….. The regular pest control guy commented on how super they were for keeping nasties like ants out. They are easy to use even with arthritis. Brilliant at keeping items dry and fresh. Look neat and modern in the cupboards. Transport items safely and remain waterproof – we stored and carried a special meringue dessert to a wedding and had to take from an outside car park in pouring rain but it arrived beautiful and dry!

Just the right size I was looking for. These are lovely for storing dried foods in; for cooked foods, and perfect for making a batch of soup which I can keep in the fridge or freezer. Perfect for foods to go straight in the fridge. I bought 10 of these, and have now ordered another 10. You get what you pay for. I was very impressed how well made they were! You can put anything you like in them really! They lock-into place with 1 finger.

The 300ml size is perfect for freezing leftover portions of baked beans, coconut milk, pesto, sauces, pastes etc., etc., if a whole jar or can is not used at once. Review: I grow mushrooms and one of the types is Shittake. I want to avoid using the common plastic bags used in the mushroom industry because they are one-time-use and then become part of the waste stream. I have been searching for a re-usable plastic container as a spawn jar that in the case of shittake the mature mycelium is removed to go into the fruiting stage. This container fits the bill. First i checked the seal. the container held vacuum over a week and when i opened it, it hissed as air rushed in much like a ball jar. I then drilled two holes in the lid; one 1/4″ for a injection port, the other a 1/2″ for a filter patch. the plastic is nice and thick, not flimsy at all. the injection port seated in like a dream. The plastic is PP5. I put one container with medium in it inside my pressure canner. I put it at 15 psi, over 2 hours and the container did not deform or melt in the least. This container is an absolute winner in my application and I couldn’t be happier.
