Title: Well designed, strong and versatile.
Review: Total length 10.5″ – Total height 7.5″ Footprint is 6″ x 5.25″ excluding the forward slope if it’s sitting as shown in the product pic.If you’re storing flour or other bulky dry goods such as cereals, biscuits or cat/dog food kibble and want to max out on the 5 litre volume capacity, this also sits securely on its back end on a total footprint of 7.5″ x 6″Stood as shown in the product pic, the capacity is 5 litres in total, but only 3 litres to the flip top porthole in the lid.It depends on the density of what you want to store as to how much you can get in one of these and whether the container is parked as shown, or on its end, but 2-3kg muesli, same for nuts, seeds, kibble, flour, sugar etc. But maybe only 750g Rice Crispies or Cornflakes etc.Six clips hold the entire top on firmly. There’s a blue sealing gasket round all inner rims to keep contents secure, damp proof and relatively air tight.Top has a built in flip top lid which stays open when pushed back and the porthole opening is 3.25″ x 4.5″ – big enough to get your hand inside, or a measuring scoop.It’s been designed to be versatile and it’s been made from strong plastics, freezer proof and dishwasher safe. Good product and will keep all sorts of dry goods safely stored.I’m using mine to store home made muesli in, and it does a terrific job of holding 3kg at a time with room to spare.This’ll last many years.

Title: Good airtight container. Takes 2.6 kg of flour.
Review: Good airtight containers for storing flour, bird seed and dishwasher powder – not in the same container :-)A caddy takes 2.6 kg of flour (I put in a 1.1kg bag and a 1.5 kg bag at the same time, and it could take a couple of tablespoonfuls more).I bought five in 2014. I bought two more in August 2019. The lids of the old ones flip up and stay open on their own but the two new ones don’t. The lid design looks the same so either I have two slightly faulty lids or Lock & Lock has changed the design.The five from 2014 have lasted well – they still work and seal well and I see no reason why they shouldn’t last for years more. If the two I bought in Aug. 2019 last the same, I’d say this Lock & Lock caddy is definitely durable. That makes them decent value at 11quid80 per caddy. I own a variety of Lock & Lock sizes – they’re good and it’s a reputable make.Easy to clean. The instructions say they’re dishwasherable in the upper basket, but the bases are too tall for my uppper basket so I dishwasher them in the lower basket without probs.

Title: Lock & Lock Kitchen Caddy
Review: Good price for the Lock & Lock Kitchen Caddy. They are sturdy and last a long time, this is a replacement for one we purchased over 20 years ago, that one has only just started to show slight “Yellowing” and has a crack from when we dropped it. If the new one lasts half as long I will be happy, Sturdy, easy to access from within a cupboard, Airtight when closed, perfect for tea bags.

Title: Suitable for many different item, sits neatly on the counter top
Review: I bought this to keep my cats “Dreamies” and other treats in. It works so well. I have put all his packets of treats inside the caddy and my hand fits in perfectly to take out an individual packet as and when I need them. Oli knows where the Caddy is and sits lovingly looking up at his treats.It is a generous size and you can put plenty in this caddy. It would be useful for lots of different things, including crafts. It locks down on all sides and it an unusual shape. The front has a round opening that flips up and you can remove the contents easily.I haven’t washed it yet but it would be perfect to wash in the dishwasher.

Title: Good quality, perfect to store dog treats
Review: Ordered a cheap version before and have to send them straight back as they were so flimsy and not air tight at all. This one is perfect to store a mix of dog treats in. Before we had all these opened bags flying around in the cupboard and now they are all in this one container. No more mess. Easily accessible through the fairly large opening. Locks tight. Can definitely recommend.

Title: Useful for protein powder and other dried goods.
Review: I have 3 of these in total, and really like them for storing dried goods. They’re a great quality product, and very airtight.I use one tub to store protein powder. It’s large enough to fit two 840g tubs of powder with a little room to spare (This also give you room to manoeuvre when the scoop vanishes to the bottom for the zillionth time)! The shape of the container and the large size of the lid , mean it’s easy to use every day, and less messy than scooping direct from the original container.The other two are use to store dried pasta, and can easily fit a 1kg bag, again with room to spare.Unlike the 2.5 L caddy, these containers are sturdy, and don’t easily tip over.

Title: Lid on front not very good at closing
Review: Bought one of these years ago to store my teabags , unfortunately the front lid got damaged so I bought this identical one. I am a bit disappointed with this new one though, as when you open the small top lid to take out teabags it does not close very well , you really have to push down hard and it does not have the same good click as my old one. Not a cheap container and I expected better from this brand as all my other containers are excellent quality.
