Title: Great quality just a wee bit too long!
Review: I love this tray which cooks garlic bread perfectly but it’s a wee bit long. I have to place the tray sideways (left to right) in my oven, which is a Rangemaster, rather than lengthways. It’s good value for money, cooks garlic bread great but I should have measured the depth of my oven before I hit buy it now. A shorter length would have meant I could get more in my oven in one go but nae mind 🤷‍♀️

Title: Not so good for high hydration
Review: These work well, however, I have noticed that I get some sticking in the hydration goes up at around 70% all is okay but over 80% there was a degree of sticking. I am going to try the higher hydration with parchment paper. Otherwise they work well, clean up easy and are nice and sturdy.EDIT I am updating this after several uses, now I get sticking most every time even with lower hydration, using parchment paper works but you lose the nice finish on the bottom.
