Title: Good in a tight spot
Review: This is a 8mm flex head ratchet spanner.These are brilliant in tight spots. Just loosen with the ratchet end, then slot the ratchet side over and go for it. Title: Brilliant little Spanner
Review: Although an 8mm spanner is not my most used size, I wanted this for those little jobs that you have occasionally where the spanner keeps slipping off the nut (particularly on small and fiddly ones).This spanner is perfect for the job, it has a ratchet one end, simply turn the spanner over depending on whether you want to tighten or loosen you nuts.The quality of these spanners seems very good, and they are chrome vanadium which is a benchmark for good spanners in my opinion. Obviously I cannot comment on how long they will last, but I suspect several years.It is a shame that they don’t come in a set as they work out expensive if you have to buy too many, and you will want more than one after using the first one; this was the smallest and it is £8.59 at the time of writing.
