Nach wenigen Rückfragen war der Sachverhalt geklärt, die interne Qualitätssicherung verständigt und ein Ersatzprodukt rausgeschickt.Einen Tag später war der jetzt passende Ersatz da.Sehr guter Service und jetzt passendes Produkt.Einen Stern ziehe ich wegen der Umstände ab.
