Review: I am a fan of everything Le Creuset and these dishes did not disappoint. I use them like I would use a small dinner plate or sandwich plate. They are shallow enough to use that way, but deep enough for pastas, risotto, salads, scrambled eggs and the like. I also bought the bigger ones, 9.5 in think, which I used to replace dinner plates. Great for saucey entrees, plenty of room for a protein and a side. I am contemplating ordering more of each so that I could use them for a dinner party or in case they stop making them.
