Title: Just brilliant
Review: This griddle is so good that I have bought a second one so that I can use it for when we have friends or family over to ear.It cooks vegetables and meat and poultry perfectly every time giving a wonderful smoky edge. Everything cooks quickly so moisture is retained. Very little oil us needed….just a slight covering on the food not on the griddle.One tip…….buy the Le Creuset cleaning brush% I didn’t know this existed until Amazon made me aware ( my kitchen shop knew nothing about it!) It cleans beautifully without damaging the surface and I’d worth every penny.
