Review: The toaster did not work at all from the time of taking it out of the box. I did get a refund. However it cost me €23 to return the toaster and I only received around €10 refund for shipping. So I am down €13 and have no product to show for it. Shouldn’t have to be down money if item is broken and it costs you to return it. Will not be purchasing again.
